The Modi Govt. treating the LG and Delhi Police, as bonded labor The vindictive attitude of the Modi Govt., against the Aam Aadmi Party, is no more a secret affairs, now. The malice and unwanted lodging of a FIR, against the former Law Minster, Mr. Jitendra Singh Tomar, will soon end, after the intervention of hon’ble court, in the coming time. Was the drill for sensitizing the arrest issue was to divert the attention of the people from the core issue of the country? But, the new phase of vindictive attitude, which is being managed by the Office of Mr. Amit Shah, is like to take place soon. If the Times of India is to be believed, then the Delhi Police, on last Tuesday, have charges sheeted the former Law Minister, Mr. Somnath Bharti, under sections of molestation, outraging women’s modesty and several other offences, under the penal code, related with the Khirki Extention, which occurred eight months ago. However, the delighted and a relief part for the AAP is that the Delhi High Court, on last Friday, has set aside an order by National Human Right Commission, holding Mr. Somanth Bharti guilty of racial prejudice, against 12 African, during his controversial midnight raid, in the Khirki Extenstion. Bharti’s lawyer had maintained that the whole thing is a ”charade” by Delhi Police for political reason. The NHRC proceeding were illegal, as not even a single witness was produced, before the Commission. Unfortunately, after BJP’s historical defeat, in Delhi assemble election, the party is gripped with severe frustration and outcome of this that the Modi Govt. have started treating the Delhi Police and LG, as their bonded labor, who are bound to carry out their orders of their master, which is usually happen, with the bonded labor, after their historical defeat, in the last Delhi Assembly election. As far as the FIR, against Mr. Tomar is concerned, the DP did not divulge the name of a person, who has approached for the FIR. Initially, the Commissioner have expressed his innocence about his arrest, later on it has been told that he is being detained for investigation and finally he was being arrested. It is being presumed that some collusion between the DP and Bar Council did took place, even, if it is being admitted that Hon’ble High Court have given any direction to the Bar Council for verifying the testimonials of the Mr. Tomar, it is not being admitted that Delhi High Court have given direction to the Bar council to make lodge a complaint, against their finding. Moreover, the Hon'ble Court did not directed the Police to arrest and investigate the said matter, rather the Hon’ble court have directed the Bar Council to testify his Law Degree and put on record before the court. Then how come the DP jumps in to this case for investigation, when and where the court has given no direction to the Police, in this regard. The dictation for the irrelevant act of the DP, actually, did not come from PMO, rather it is being felt that such orders are generally being send from the Office of Amit Shah, who is suffering from excessive
