Host of the Hindi news channels and few English channels have become a laughing stock for the nation, only when they put the reaction against the Aam Aadmi Party. These BJP affiliated channels, even do not hesitate to distort the court’s finding and observation.
The latest distortion of the court’s observation, in the case of interim bail of the former Law minister of the Delhi, Mr Jeetendra Singh Tomar, the host of the channels have revealed that court have rejected the bail application of Mr. Tomar.
It is really disgusting to observe that channels have intentionally misinterpret ate the whole observation of the Saket District court of Delhi, today and twisted the court’s proceeding, which was done according to their suitability and by saying that Mr. Tomar’s bail have been rejected, this was complete lying to the nation.
Whereas, the court could not proceed with the bail application, due to the deliberate absence of the IO and other concerning papers, related with investigation report, which was need to be submitted by Delhi Police.
While adjourning the bail application to a further date, the court has burdened the Delhi Police, with multifarious investigation relate with alleged fake Degree of Mr. Tomar, the court has told to get check the admission form, examination form, admit card and answer sheet. The court has also directed the DP to investigate those affairs of other students.
After listening such order from the court, the team, who have left Faizabad after scrutinizing the fake Degree matter and on the way to Bihar for checking his LLB degree, had to return back to get the entire investigations, as directed by the court.
This intensive investigation will certainly take lot of time for filing the charge sheet, against Mr. Tomar
