It was a doom’s day for the Modi Govt., on the issue of Court’s decision

*************************************************************************
The paid media of the BJP (read as Modi Govt.) were in total dilemma that how  to react on the two issue’s of the Higher and Apex Court, but they did not had a courage to go for Namak Harami, so they did Nmak Halai for their masters and tried their best  to mislead their viewer’s, through their concocted and fake interpretation in favor of their masters and against the Aam Aadmi Party Govt.

I have observed in the noon that Navbaharat times came out with report that which goes against the Delhi govt., but later on the same news agency changed their earlier write up  and made true interpretation of the Supreme Court’ decision and of the High Court.

But, yesterday was not the day for the Modi Govt.’s, who did not get any relief  from the Delhi High court and as well Apex court.

There is no second thought of it that the Modi Govt.’s  dictation in their unfound notification got great blow, when the Delhi High Court have categorically have stated that, in connection with the transfer and posting, the power of LG is not supreme.

Rather, it was being said by the hon’ble court that the CM have to send their proposal to the Lt. governor for allowing the proposal, but in case the Lt. Governor have any differences with the proposal, then he is bound to get it back to the Council of Ministers., if somehow, the Lt. Governor, even, keep difference with the proposal of the council of Minister, then at this juncture, he have only option left to send his difference to the President of India for the final verdict.

It is essential to be mentioned over here that in the last notification, the Modi govt. tried to give too much of power to the LG  for taking final decision, regarding transfer and posting of the state officials, but the present view of the Hon’ble court have deceived their ambition of  unlimited empowering the LG for putting unwanted hindrance for the AAP Govt..

It is clear from the fact that Supreme Court have declined to give stay on the role of the ACB, as allowed by the Delhi High Court. The Presstitute Media have meticulously have highlighted the Issue Notice affairs of the Apex court to the Delhi govt., by the way the High court, as well the Supreme court usually send Issue Notice to the respondents, which is nothing new in the phenomenon of the court affairs.
