Delhi governor working under the behest of Modi Govt., instead President of India

Delhi Governor, Mr Nazib Jung, under the behest of the PM Modi Govt., is doing bossism with the majority Govt. of AAP, by passing an unwanted instruction to the Ministers and the Officials of the Delhi Govt. to refer all files to his office, which is an attempt to throttle the smooth running government of the AAP.

Such diktat of the Governor is being set aside by the CM, Mr Arvind Kejriwal and has instructed his ministers not to follow his arbitrary orders of the Governor.

There is no second thought that the Governor is playing in the hand of PM Modi or other minister. In fact the Mr. Jung has wrongly misinterpreted the Government of National Capitol Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act, which says the role of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers to Aid and Advice the Governor, which is a common phenomenon, in every state.

Being an educated person, Mr. Jung should know the meaning of Aid and Advice, which applies when the governor is in bare need of Aid and Advice on any particular issue and the instruction made by the Mr. Jung is just twisting the Act and making it mandatory for years together.

It is really ridiculous to observe that the BJP is still in the Shock Mode, after the historical and humiliating defeat in the last assembly election of Delhi, they are still to come back on the rail of the main stream politics of Delhi and hence they have made best possible effort to make the Governor to play the role of ‘Shikhandi’. The PM Modi should know that shadow boxing, through the Governor, is not going to yield positive result for his party.

The Governor, Mr. Jung need to answer some quarries, before the nation, while issuing a diktat to the CM and other Ministers, that is there any mandatory note in the GNCTD Act that Ministers and other Govt. officials to convey every file of the Govt. to the office of the Governor? Did the earlier Governor have ever made such diktat to the previous Govt.’s? Obviously not, then  why this colaberi now.

Mr. Jung, knowing wholly about the act, is unnecessarily poking in the activities of the majority Govt., which may lead to unhealthy atmosphere and confrontation between the two offices of Delhi govt.  Such diktat of the governor is pulling down the respectability of the post of the Governor and a useless effort to encroach upon the majority Govt.
