चुनाव आयोग की मुहिम “Go slow on VVPAT” - सरकार और आयोग के बीच की सांठ गांठ तो नही?

पुरे देश और सोशल मीडिया मे एक लम्बी ह्लचल EVM को लेकर चल रहा है, लेकिन एक खास बात देखने को मिल रही है की भाजपा और मोदी जी ने अभी तक एक भी प्रतिक्रिया मीडिया पर इस बिषय पर न तो पढने को मिला और न ही सुन्ने को मिला, क्या उनका यह आचरण किसी गम्भीर Conspiracy के तरफ ईशारा तो नही?

जिस प्रकार देश के चुनाव आयोग EVM के Tampering की बात को सिरे से नकार रहे है उससे तो लोगो के मन मे और संदेह बढता जा राहा है, किसी बात पर चुनाव आयोग पर कोइ गम्भीर आरोप EVM को लेकर लगे तो उन्हे एक टिम का गठन कर के पुरे मामले को गम्भीरता से जांच करवानी चाहीये ताकी दुध का दुध और पानी का पानी अलग हो सके I

पिछले सन 2012 -13 से EVM के Transparency को लेकर एक याचिका Supreme Court मे लम्बित है जिसे Dr. Subramanium Swami जी ने दाखिल किया था जब वो भाजपा मे नही थे, शरुवाती दौर से ही EC अपने EVM को लेकर बचाव मे दिखीं और अपनी बात को पुक्ता करने के लिये स्वगठित Expert team की एक रिपोर्ट EVM के सन्दर्भ मे उच्चतम न्यालय मे पेश किया I

अगर Supreme Court मे चले चुके बहस को ध्यान से पढे जो कि Google मे उपल्ब्ध है तो बात साफ है कि SC ने भी EVM के Transparency को नकार दिया और शायद इसी कारण SC ने VVPAT के सुझाव को मान लिया और VVPAT को लागु करने के आदेश जारि किय, जो अभी तक आयोग ने 10% भी पुरा नही किया है I

परन्तु EC के द्वरा जिस ढंग से VVPAT मामले पर चिंटी के गति से चल रहें उससे तो एक बात साफ है कि VVPAT का प्रयोग अगले 10-15 साल मे भी पुरा न होगा, चुनाव आयोग की मुहिम “Go slow on VVPAT” से तो यही लगता है कि कहीं न कहीं सरकार और आयोग के बीच कोइ सांठ गांठ तो नही और इसी धिमि गति का लाभ ले कर वर्तमान सरकार EVM को एक प्रयोगशाला बना रही है I

If you go through the speeches and lectures made by the BJP high rank leaders, including the PM Modi, in the various UP election rallies, then you will notice that there is a consistent colic pain is continuing in all BJP leaders, after the Samajwadi Party and the Congress Party made their pre-poll alliance and for this reasons,#NarendraModi have started using irrelevant war of words to divert voters of UP

It is none of the business of the BJP leaders to ponder on the political strategy of other political parties, it seems the PM Modi and other stalwart leaders of the BJP are badly gripped with nervousness, which is being reflected through their lectures and speeches.

Each candidate or political party makes their strategy to win the election and then what is wrong if SP and Congress have come together, with their common minimum program for the coming election.

The worrying part of BJP is that they have accessed the simple arithmetic of the combined percentage of votes of SP and Congress and both the party will stall BJP's vote percentage. At the other hand, the BJP knew well that 18 to 20% of Muslim votes will be deciding factor for the defeat of the BJP.

In other word, if we say that Muslim community is going to be a King maker for the coming assembly poll, it won’t be wrong to say the BJP have paid no regard to the Sikh and Muslim community for the ongoing election, the BJP did not offer a single a party ticket to the Minorities of the country.

The voting pattern of the Muslim community is very clear and definite, whosoever could defeat BJP, Muslim community will cast their votes to the particular party. In the mean time, the duo political parties (SP and Congress Party) have succeeded to gain attention and importance among Muslim community, in UP.

BJP CHEATING THEIR OWN GROUND LEADERS IN UP, WITHOUT SHAME

At one hand the BJP did not paid nay heed to declare the CM candidate name for the UP election and wants to en cash the faded charisma of PM Modi.

At the other hand, they BJP have opted to give party tickets to the dissident leaders of other parties and kith & kin of BJP leaders to win the UP election.

The BJP have actually lost the election, before contesting, if the dissident leaders have win ability, then what shall the be the role of PM Modi's charismatic effect?

In fact, while providing tickets to the dissidents leaders, the BJP have back stabbed their own ground leaders, who were thickly involved in making success of so called Parivartan Yatra. When party could cheat of their own leaders, then cheating the voters is the common phenomenon of the Party.

The voters of UP will likely to teach lesson to such dissident leaders, who are more caring for their ambitions, rather for the interest of voters
