PM Modi compromised on the issue of land Accusation Bill, under compulsion

The PM Modi never dreamt, in his wilder dream, that he has to concede, on the issue of Land Accusation Bill (LAB), before the United Opposition, in the Parliament. Just after getting majority in the Lok Sabha, he came with his sleeve’s up for the promulgating the ordinance, related to the LAB.

After the first promulgation of the ordinance, the PM Modi made LAB, as a prestige issue for favoring some Crony Capitalist of his choice. But after sever criticism from the different sections of the society and as well from the Farmer’s organizations, he made eleven to twelve amendments in the two ordinances, but the way the opposition stood like a rock, the Modi Govt. had to soften their stand, by making a proposal of ‘Joint Panel’ for the further discussion, on the issue of LAB.

This effort (Joint Panel) is just a face saving measure for the PM Modi, but the vital question arises that why the PM Modi thought to scrap the entire LAB of 2013 and that too without taking in confidence of other partners of the NDA. Probably he may have thought that his Gujarat Model Is going to influence the NDA partners and as well the opposition benches.

It is beyond understanding of the common people that when the Union and the State govt. have vast land in their hold, then why the Union Govt. wanted to make a draconian law, which will deprive the farmers from their own cultivating land. If the PM Modi is really interested to keep his dream project, ‘Make in India’, alive, then he could have utilized the lands, which are in their hold.

But the matter of fact is that by the virtue of LAB, he wanted to balance the Debit and Credit, between him and the Crony Capitalist’s, who had bail out Mr. Modi, in the last Parliamentary election.

Kudos to the joint opposition parties, who have compelled the Modi Govt. to form the ‘Joint Panel’, which is supposed to be a big win the for the united opposition. And the Joint Panel decision is not going to break much ice in favor of the PM Modi, since the Joint Panel, at the end of the day, is going to be dominated by the opposition parties. May god give some wisdom to the Modi Govt. for withdrawing the farmer killing points and clauses from the LAB.

Launching of Social Security Scheme was a ‘Helicopter Shot’ of PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched three ambitious social security schemes, relating to the insurance and pension sector and intended at widening the process of financial inclusion.

These schemes, comprising of "Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana" (accident insurance), "Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana" (life insurance) and "Atal Pension Yojana” had to be brought out, owing to the failure  the Jan-Dhan Yozna’s collection  and too many criticism was being expressed by the different section of the financial expert, in this regard.

We have, earlier, heard about ‘Helicopter Shot’ in the game of Cricket, where the Batsman hit the ball in such way that fielders had to gaze in the sky to ascertain the direction of the ball. In the case of accident insurance and life insurance are somewhat like ‘Helicopter Shot’, where the common will be forced to look in the blank, when the victim will go for the claim.

In the recent past, when the farmers got their crops damaged, due to unseasoned rain and hails storms, many of the farmers who have insured their crops could not get their claim, due to unwillingness by the Insurance Company and the matter of nonpayment by the Insurance Company, also appeared in the press media, the Modi Govt did not intervene in to the lapse of the Insurance Company.

Before Marketing or launching of the social schemes, the Modi Govt. did not bother to highlight the salient features of the schemes in the print media and no statuary warning or detail elaborations are being issued to the would be buyers of such schemes, but during the launching of the schemes an audio visual film was then shown highlighting salient features of the three schemes, which primarily being missed by the majority section of Indian people.

Still now, it is not known to the host of print media’s that actually which Ministry is going to deal with such schemes, in case of nonpayment or delay payment to the policy holders. It is being observed, in general, that the victim had to face numerous hassles to get their genuine claim amount, after any tragedy occurs, from the Government concerned insurance organizations.

By the time of payment, the Insurance Company usually complicate with technical complications to the needy policy holders and later on, declare their policy, as null and void, by placing some technical errors by the Insurance Company.

If this type of complication happens with the regular Insurance Company, then imagine, what shall happen with victims, by the officials of the concerned ministry? This hulla-bol of PM Modi is nothing, but a white wash to the failure of the Modi govt. for not making proper payment to the farmers of their compensation amount and several thousand of suicidal deaths of the farmers.

PM Modi's glittering is fading away

Let us cut across the party line, then the President of the Congress Party, Mrs Sonia Gandhi have rightly condemned  the PM Modi, in the Parliament, on last Wednesday, in connection with the fresh appointments of the CIC, CVC and Lokpal, which has badly exposed the stand of the Modi Govt. on the issue of transparent governess.

The citizen of India is in wary situation to understand that every now and then the Modi govt. makes numerous announcements to run the Govt., but unfortunately, they cannot afford to do a minimum job of appointing people for the important post, if they failed to do so, then what will be consequence of the host of promises made during the time of Parliamentary election?

Due to lack of interest of the Modi Govt., in the last ten months, the post of the CIC and three post of the Information Commission are still lying vacant and owing to this fact, there are thousands of cases relating the RTI are pending, since long. It is clear from the facts that Modi Govt. not only works for the handful of Capitalists and Industrialists, but the Govt. is also protecting the corrupt bureaucrats, who are siding with the Crony Capitalist of the country.

Instead of doing some concrete efforts, the Modi Govt. convincingly adopt the other pleas and rotes to safe guard their skin and some time shamelessly pass the buck to the UPA govt. to give a big cover of their failures.

Though, some more days are left to complete year duration, but there are too much of criticism have started taking place, within the party.  The recent meeting of the Parliamentary Board, in the presence of PM Modi, one of the UP’s BJP MP was vocal to express his displeasure over the performance of the Modi Govt., in the last one year period.

The particular MP, while making complain against the Modi Ministers, also stated that the Ministers are deliberately ignoring the state of Uttar Pradesh. Beside, the Minister do not reply to their letters, concerning with NHRM and Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yozna, which needed more money to expedite such schemes.

The NDA constituents like Akali Dal and the Shiv Sena have also criticized and vented their ire against the BJP for not making any positive approach to make co-ordination between the other constituents of the NDA.

If the BJP thinks that the their spokespersons, like Mr. Sambit Patra, Mr. Sudhanshu Trivedi and Mr. Kohli are sufficient enough to give a cover to each failure of the Modi Govt., then they are mistaken, since they are not the Govt. representatives and hold no Govt. post, so by shouting in the news channels make no difference to the citizens of India and this is the concern of the Saffron strategist for the gradual diminishing of the Modi magic.

PM Modi to be nominated for the Guineas Book of World record for fastest fast foreign touring PM

Probably, the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi is the first PM of the world, who has made a world record for making whirl wind tour of the different countries, in a small space of time. It would be no wonder, if the BJP makes a recommendation of his name for the Gunnies Book of World Record for the ‘Rapid Foreign Touring PM’

The Rock Star PM Modi’s next visit for the three countries, comprising of China, Mongolia and South Korea, which may take off on the coming 12 of May, this year. But his real test will be seen about his ability for opening of new avenues for the export of the Indian goods to the China, in the coming time.

It is not worth mentioning that the India has scored very poor result in the Export affairs and if the data of Commerce Ministry is taken in account, in context of China, then the result of export is too pathetic.

Let us have quick look on the Export and Import of the goods, between the India and China, the data says that India have made an Import from the China, at a worth tune of 55.6 Billion Dollars, in the period between April 2014 to February 2015. Whereas,  the India have exported to China, worth of 11 Billion Dollars. So the arithmetic is not so complicated to understand that India is at a loss of 50 Billion dollars and may be by the end of the financial year, it would have gone more.

It is really hard to be seen that how the PM Modi could make a comeback on the issue of loss of commerce, but the ongoing down fall of the Indian industrial economy do not inspire to achieve the losing ground of export affairs of the country.

It may be recalled that the PM Modi’s last visit to the different countries like, US, France, Germany and Canada could not fetch any remarkable business for India, but his Rocking Star performance, before the NRI’s and hyperbole speeches, in the foreign land, should be applauded.

PM Modi’s dream project Make in India could have taken shape but his haste decision for purchasing the 36 Raffle Aircraft have white washed his dram project, when the simply, nuts, volts and other components are not going to be manufacture in the country and fact remains that the over importing of the goods from China have dissolved our cottage Industry and the craftsmen are in hand to mouth position, now days.

After sometime, the people of the country will forget our foreign Minister, Mrs. Sushama Swaraj, who is being treated as Ghar kee Moorgi (Saag barabar), the nation feel sorry for the lady who could not make a single head line, in the foreign land, because the Presstitute Media goes with PM Modi for his PR campaign and not with our foreign Minister.

Delhi governor working under the behest of Modi Govt., instead President of India

Delhi Governor, Mr Nazib Jung, under the behest of the PM Modi Govt., is doing bossism with the majority Govt. of AAP, by passing an unwanted instruction to the Ministers and the Officials of the Delhi Govt. to refer all files to his office, which is an attempt to throttle the smooth running government of the AAP.

Such diktat of the Governor is being set aside by the CM, Mr Arvind Kejriwal and has instructed his ministers not to follow his arbitrary orders of the Governor.

There is no second thought that the Governor is playing in the hand of PM Modi or other minister. In fact the Mr. Jung has wrongly misinterpreted the Government of National Capitol Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act, which says the role of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers to Aid and Advice the Governor, which is a common phenomenon, in every state.

Being an educated person, Mr. Jung should know the meaning of Aid and Advice, which applies when the governor is in bare need of Aid and Advice on any particular issue and the instruction made by the Mr. Jung is just twisting the Act and making it mandatory for years together.

It is really ridiculous to observe that the BJP is still in the Shock Mode, after the historical and humiliating defeat in the last assembly election of Delhi, they are still to come back on the rail of the main stream politics of Delhi and hence they have made best possible effort to make the Governor to play the role of ‘Shikhandi’. The PM Modi should know that shadow boxing, through the Governor, is not going to yield positive result for his party.

The Governor, Mr. Jung need to answer some quarries, before the nation, while issuing a diktat to the CM and other Ministers, that is there any mandatory note in the GNCTD Act that Ministers and other Govt. officials to convey every file of the Govt. to the office of the Governor? Did the earlier Governor have ever made such diktat to the previous Govt.’s? Obviously not, then  why this colaberi now.

Mr. Jung, knowing wholly about the act, is unnecessarily poking in the activities of the majority Govt., which may lead to unhealthy atmosphere and confrontation between the two offices of Delhi govt.  Such diktat of the governor is pulling down the respectability of the post of the Governor and a useless effort to encroach upon the majority Govt.

Make in India is a distant dream for PM Modi

The Modi govt. is likely to complete a year of their governance, within this month, but the aspirations, which was extensively articulated by the PM Modi, during the time of last Parliamentary election, is gradually falling flat among the unemployed youths, farmers, and the domestic as well of the foreign investor.

During the last election, people at large, may have thought that Mr. Modi is going to build a heaven in the country and have believed on a person, who had run the Gujarat state, under the gimmick of Gujarat Model.

It is really shocking to observe that the Capitalist group and the foreign investors, who were too enthusiastic for Mr. Modi, before the Parliamentary election, are losing all hopes and also scared that nothing concrete change have happened, during one year of time.

Though, PM Modi’s sympathizer Mr. Ratan Tata has come for the rescue of Mr. Modi , by making fervent appeal to capitalist to keep some patience, on Mr. Modi, which was obvious due to the reason that Mr. Modi have facilitated Mr. Tata for providing land and as well as huge money, as a loan, from the state’s coffer, at minimum interest rate for his dream project Nano, which was earlier being driven out from the Singoor and Nandigram of West Bengal, due to unrest of the farmers. If sources are to be believed, the said Nano Company is in the verge of collapse.

In the mean time, the Chairman of the HDFC, Mr. Deepak Parekh have also expressed his displeasure on the issue of confusion in prime decision making process of the Modi government.  Whereas, the international investor’s  group official of the US, Mr. Jim Rozers have stated, recently, that Mr. Modi only talk and do not work, such feeling was echoed from the House of F.I.I, who have decreased the expected investment in India and out of this effect, the Share Market’s sensex is not jumping  to a new height.

As far as the Industrial investment is concerned, the end results are not impressive, because the production is much higher than its demand. The Industry is just working at a capacity of 65% and there is no fresh demand in the group of consumer and a dip is being observed in the Import of the end product.

Keeping in view of the above fact, apart from the other failures, the Make in India will be remain, as a Head Line sloganeering for Mr. Modi and without correcting the basic anomalies and other ground realities, nothing better could happen.

It was being well said by the BJP leader, Mr. Arun Shouri, while pointing toward various failures of the Modi govt., that the Teen Moorti, i.e Mr. Narenda Modi, Mr. Arun Jaitely and Amit Shah, who are leading the party and govt., at their whims.
