The latest Yozna of PM Modi is “Sukanya Samridhe Yozna”, through this Yozna, the PM Modi and the his pet media’s are launching rumors, among the people, as if Modi has opened Lottery for the girls of the nation and the money will be distributed free to the girls of the country.

This Sukanya Samridhi Yozna is another marketing stunt of Modi. In this scheme, you have to open an account for a period of 21 years for your girl child, between the age of 1 to 10 years and you need to fill the coffer, regularly, for a period of 14 years and after the completion of 14 years, you no need to deposit money from the 15^th years to 21 years and the deposited amount will be back to you after passing of 21 years.

Here lies the equation of fooling the people, you are depositing your own money, through recurring way, for a period of 14 years and the accumulated money will be kept to the Govt’s. coffer, as fixed deposit, for a period of 7 years.

Let us understand Modi’s real and fooling arithmetic, if you deposit an amount of Rs. 1200, each year, through Rs.100/month recurring, for a period of 14 years, in any bank, at the rate of 9%, then according to bank’s formula, you will get a total amount, (after 14 years) Rs. 433563 { 1,68,000 deposited amount + 2,65,563, as a Compound interest.

Now, the same total amount will be left in the Govt.’s coffer for a period of 7 years, as a fixed deposit, since the scheme says the amount will be returned on 21^st year. If you yourself fix the said amount (Rs. 433563 ) to any bank, as fixed deposit, for a period of 7 years, at the rate of 9%/annum, after the completion of 7 years, you shall get back a total amount of 7,92,570, which include Compound interest

The Modi Govt. is saying that they have concern for the daughter’s of the country and hence, after completion of 21 years, the Govt. has assured to pay Rs. 6 Lakhs, the fact remains that bank is giving more return, than Modi, then what is the use of this scheme.

BJP failed to save their own slgan; Aab na shaenge Nari pe attaychar

 The BJP Govt., at the Centre, is likely to give green card to the male offenders, who in want of dowry become inhuman towards the bride and on & often the bride had to face the physical and mental tortures from the Husband and their close family members. The Govt. is concentrating in their job to amendment the dowry harassment law, related to Section 498 A of the IPC, through various amendments.

The new amendment will give dent to the Human right of the Indian married women. The Govt. is willing to give passage to the husband for their lust for dowry and he is being given free hand by the BJP Govt., to go for more physical assault and tortures to his wife, if their dowry demand is not met.

Let us go through the new amendment, in connection with Dowry harassment law, the new amendment says that  under the proposed amendment, in connection with Section 498A of the IPC, the culprit could go and approach the court for Compoundable offence, which will compel the victim(Bride) to go for outside court settlement, with the husband and his family, so no more arrest will be made to the culprit and his family members, who usually involve in such heinous crime

If somehow, the bride agreed upon for the outside court settlement, then the amendment section do not desist the groom or his family for further mental and physical torture to the victim, if she comes back to her in-laws house for peaceful life. Neither the law, nor the court is going to give any relief for further victimization of the bride, in future course of time.

Another amendment, in connection with the same IPC, have been proposed that if somehow, the bride failed to proved them guilty, then in that course of time , the court is going to slap a fine Rs. 15,000, instead of initial fine, which amount to Rs. 1000.

The amendments are so lucrative for the offender that even found guilty, he could escape jail, by just paying penalty, whose amount is yet to be fixed, in the amendment. The funny amendment need to be criticized, in view of BJP’s election campaign slogan; “Aab na sahenge Nari par attayachar, Aab ke baar Modi Sarkar”

No effect of sting tapes on Delhi Govt.- futile effect news of channels

 In the recent past, one Muslim leader of the AAP, ignoring the discipline of the party, came out with tape of Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, before the news channels. The said conversation, as heard in the tape, was probably being taped, by the so called Muslim leader, during the time of the meeting of the AAP, held in the party office, as confessed by the said party member.

As being a simple member of the AAP, I find nothing wrong in the conversation, which took place in a closed door meeting, but the most offensive part was that the conversation was being taped, secretly, by the so called Muslim leader, which was against the moral ethics.

If the said Muslim leader was so concerned for his community, then why he did not came out with the same tape during the time of election?, but his malaise intention inspired him for the belated conspiracy and went against the internal discipline of the party, we must bore in our mind that discipline and the trust are most essential part to run a new party, like AAP.

At the initial, we must realize that the bigger and historical win, in the recent Delhi Assembly election, was not due to lovely face of Arvind Kejriwal, Yogendra Yadav or X-Y-Z leaders of AAP.

Certainly, the key behind the said win was due to the strong political strategy of the AAP, which was due to collective decision of the front line leaders of the party. BJP and the Amit Shah have miserably failed to counter the AAP’s strategy.

As far as the Muslim votes and voters are concerned, I must tell you that the Convener, Mr. Kejriwal did not wanted to give birth to another Azam Khan, in his party, but that does not mean at all that the party has any disregard to the Muslim community.

Instead, Mr. Kejriwal did not allow the said Muslim leader to act like Azam Khan, who has created chaos, within his party the way, the said Muslim leader was bargaining for more Muslim candidates, it seems that his hidden agenda was to become a Muslim face of AAP, in Delhi and behave like Azam Khan, later on.

 Revealing the tape, before the news channels, had a negative mindset  of the said Muslim leader and his intention was to become the Muslim face of the party, like Sahanawaz Hussain and Muqtar Abbas Naqvi of the BJP and Azam Khan of SP, was being shattered by the party, through their wise decision, which has become the cause of belated resentment of the said Muslim leader.
