It was on last Friday, a rare and a great opportunity came to me, when I was able to witness the largest bench of Allahabad High Court. The seven Judges bench, headed by the Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and comprising of other six judges like, Justice Rakesh Tiwari, Justice V.K. Shukla, Justice Tarun Agarwal, Justice Arun Tandon, Justice Dilip Gupta and Justice A. P. Sahi, was constituted for hearing some important and vital cases, related to various causes.

While during the proceeding of the larger bench, the entire court (including judges) was surcharged with emotion, when a emotionally shattered woman stood before the bench to narrate her owes, related with the arrest of her husband and Sub Inspector (SI), Mr. Sailendra Singh, who was being arrested due to the firing from his service revolver, in the Civil Court of Allahabad, which may have happened due to scuffle with a advocate, Mr. Nabi Ahmed, who died on spot, due to firing, on last March.

The wife of the SI, Mrs. Sapna Singh, with her emotionally choked voice, told the court that she have approached the Session Court, thrice, for the bail application of her husband, who is languishing in the jail, since from the month of March, but every time, many unruly and hooligan advocates not only manhandled her, before entering the court, but also hurled abusive languages to her, they even snatched the bail application and tore it, before her.

When the court asked whether she had any advocate for assisting her, in the civil Court, she told that not a single advocate of Allahabad were being allowed to handle her case and she also appraised the court that she is fighting alone for pursuing this case, but due to unwanted physical hindrance, created by the advocates of the Civil Court, she could not even file a single bail application, so far.

After hearing the woes of the sad lady, the court have expressed their ire and scolded the Advocate General for declining of the law and order of the state, the court also rebuke some couple of lawyers, who were opposing the application of Mrs. Singh.

The court immediately came in conclusion on the application (not a petition) of Mrs. Singh, who herself have pleaded before the seven bench court, without hiring any counselor for her support. The court has made a unanimous order to the District Court of Allahabad to hand over the entire file of the case to the District Court of Raibarely, within 48 hours of this order.

I was really overwhelmed to observe the softly spoken style of pleading of the brave heart lady, before the larger bench and also feel delighted to see that the hon’ble court decided a case, on a simple application of Mrs. Singh and kudos to Allahabad High Court, Who keeps big heart and mind, while delivering the verdict.   

PM Modi finding way to put the Land Accusation Bill, in the back burner

The PM Modi is likely to put the Land Accusation Bill (LAB) in the back burner, in the coming time, if we draw the conclusion of the recent meeting of NITI Ayog, which was held yesterday to draw likeminded approval from the different state Chief Minister’s, on the issue of LAB, then it suggest that such thing is going to happen, in the coming days.

Apart from absence of the Chief Ministers of the Congress ruled nine state and the deliberate absence of the CM, comprising of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Oddisha, from the said meeting, clearly indicates that the PM Modi is going to face the too much of difficulties, in the monsoon session of the Parliament.

Though, the Modi Govt. was initially found to be firm on the issue of passing the LAB and have also tried to continue the back door conversation with the other state Govt.’s CM, but such efforts could not draw any positive result, in favor of the Govt.

Though however, the PM Modi have given indication that he is going to step further, on the issue of the new bill, when the different Chief Minister’s put their views, in favor of the new LAB.

The Congress, through their different protest, against the total change in the LAB, is not going to budge few inches, in favor of the new bill and the Chief Minister of Delhi Govt., Mr Arvind Kejriwal, who also attended the meeting of the NITI Ayog, have also expressed his displeasure on the present format of the LAB.

While the CM of the West Bengal, Ms. Mamta Banerjee, through his representative, in the meeting, has expressed that they are not going to change their earlier views, in this regard.

In view of such stand of the different CM and the deliberate absence of the different CM, in the said meeting of the NITI Aoyg, the Modi govt. have no alternative, except to convene the joint session of the Parliament to pass the bill, but it also to be seen whether the Modi Govt. could acquire some guts to call the joint session of the Parliament.

Yapam Scandal is not the last nail of the BJP”s corruption coffin.

It is high time for the PM Modi to launch “Bharat Corruption Free Abhiyan”, after he comes back from the foreign trips. 2015 is no more faith full to the Nassebwala PM, the misfortune first came in the month of the February, when the BJP had to face humiliating defeat, at the hand of novice political party, like Aam Admi Party and was followed with unwanted unseasonal rain, earth quake and many more unnatural calamities.

The BJP is scaling high and fast in the field of corruption, it has not only confined to Union govt. and rather, it has spread his wings to each and every state, where they are in power. The most fresh of corruption is now emerging from the Jammu and Kashmir, where they are partner to the PDP.

It is very unfortunate to observe that in each corruption cases, the way the party came forward to defend their corruption have given too much of pain to their own followers and fans. But the sad part is this that the Union Home Minister, Mr Rajnath Singh could not save the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on the issue of Yapamgate .

It was just few couple of days ago, the Home Minister has discarded the idea for recommending the CBI inquiry in the entire Yapam scandal, by saying that the CM Chuwhan has no iota to do so, until and unless the High Court makes an order for the same. But, on the very next day, the CM of the state made a huge U turn and made an appeal before the Jabalpur High Court for ordering a CBI inquiry.

Though the BJP like minded news channels reported that the CM did this due to the pressure from the different walk of society, but what the media could not say that  Mr. Rajnath Singh could not convince the RSS and as well to the front line leaders of his party, in favor of CM, which he did in the case of Mr. Sushma Swaraj and Mrs. Bashunhara Raje, on the issue of Modigate.

The overnight change of mind and heart of CM Chauhan for the CBI inquiry was due to the phobic attitude of the RSS and BJP, since the Supreme Court have entertained the ten writ petitions, concerning with the several deaths of innocent people of the state, even after the ongoing SIT investigations.

If somehow, the Apex Court, today, makes adverse comment and observation, on the issue of numerous deaths and slow going investigation of the SIT and order for the SC guided investigation, then it would be difficult for the BJP to face the wrath of different opposition parties.

BJP has succumbed to ‘Arrogance and Obstinacy Syndrome’ (AOS) and no medicine is left to treat the AOS.

After assuming the office of the Prime Minister, by Mr. Narendra Modi, he made numerous travels to the different countries of the world for making his personal image, in the International flora. No doubt, he has achieved to gain some global image, through this travels.

But ,in the last fortnight, the way Mr. Modi have acquired a stony silence, on the issue of the corruption of his own ministers, on #Lalitgate, have given a dent wider to his global image. Apart, a wrong signal has been also transmitted to the other part of the world that the Govt. is supporting and endorsing the corruption of his own minister, the credibility of his image is at a downfall, right now.

Unknowingly, the PM Modi, at one hand, have set a precedence for not taking serious action, against serious charges, as leveled against his own ministers, but at the other hand, the PM Modi is indirectly encouraging his Cabinet Ministers to go for rampant corruption, since by that time, the Mr. Modi will have no courage to take action for their corruptions, because he did not set any precedence, against the corruption of Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, Mrs. Smirit Irani, Mrs. Basundhara Raje and of course against, Ms. Pankaja Munde.

The nation is feeling bad, not due to corruption of the political leaders of the national party, since it has gone into routine among the political parties, but feeling bad, due to the reason that person who came to the post of the Prime Minister had assured the nation that he will eradicate the corruption from the country and have also said that “Na Khaenge aur Na khane denge”, which now fall flat..

At the juncture of the #Lalitgate, let me remind all that the PM Modi did not show any guts to order for the probe, by the SIT, so far and hence there is no question arises for the intervention of the Supreme Court, in this regard.

The fact remains that if any probe is being ordered then too many skeletons will tumble out form the board of the IPL, which will put the Congress and BJP’s leaders, on the dock and due to this reasons, the duo party did not pay any heed on the issue of Mr. Lalit Kumar Modi’s money laundering affairs, before this burst.

It is being felt that the arrogance and the obstinacy do have common DNA and in the meantime the BJP has succumbed to ‘Arrogance and Obstinacy Syndrome’ (AOS) and there is no medicine to treat the AOS.

Modi Govt. turning into heap of garbage of corruption

 Till yesterday, the Modi lead govt. was found defending the tow Devi’s of their party, but the list of Devi’s are increasing, day by day, when the High court took cognizance against of the controversial qualifications of Mrs. Smriti Irani, which are on the record, before the Election commission.

But, the Home Minister of the Modi govt., Mr. Rajnath Singh have given clear mandate to the corrupt minister’s to go for further corruptions, since their resignation is not going to be demanded by the Modi Govt., whatever the mighty wrong, illegality and corruption being done by the concerned minister’s.

The BJP govt. will also put their defense for Mrs. Irani, whenever she receives the notice of the court. However, in the mean time, during News Hours Debate, in Times Now, the genius spokesperson of the BJP, Mr. Sambit Patra have put defense for Mrs. Irani, by saying that it was typing error, in the affidavit, in one of the affidavit. But, it is interesting to note that Mrs. Irani still, so far, did not inform the EC, through another affidavit, about the typing error and hence this plea is presume to be after thoughts

Mr. Rajnath Singh has categorically made his best effort to say that this Govt. is not UPA Govt., rather it is NDA Govt. and the Govt. will not give pressure to their ministers for resignation, whoever wrong they do and the ridiculous statement of the Mr. Singh will give more courage to their minister’s to go for rampant corruption and criminology, in the coming days, this statement is certification in advance to their minister of all ills.

Kudos to the Chief Editor, Mr. Arnab Goswami of the Times Now, who is making revelation after revelation on each passing of days, on the issue of the involvement of the MEA, Mrs. Sushma Swaraj for being soft to Mr. chota Modi, under the grab of so called humanitarian ground, whereas, the dubious involvement of the CM of Rajasthan, Mrs Basundhara Raje is no more a hidden secret, since she have already admitted the friendly relation with Mr. chota Modi.

The great spokesperson of the BJP, Mr. Sambit Patra and Sudhanshu Trivedi, who are being trained from the school of Illogical Shouting, tried their best to avoid Mr. Goswami, in his News Hours Debate and still missing from the panel list, because they do not have any logical reply to the several questions raised by Mr. Goswami, in his program.

Though at the initial, the BJP did made an effort to rally around Mrs. Swaraj, so to put a weak defense, concerning with humanitarian ground, but the humanitarian ground was considered on the basis of a letter of fugitive chota Modi, who wrote it from the foreign land and did not came to India physically. If similar letter of consideration, on the basis of humanitarian, is being send from the Dawood Ibrahim, then would the Modi Govt will consider in favor of Mr. Ibrahim?

If the sources are to be believed, then PM Modi cannot take any action against the two women BJP leaders and it is because the women leaders have made strong hold to the two horns of Bada Modi and Bada Modi is in kneel down position, this time and have lost all Yogasana to make free from the strong hand of the two women BJP leaders.

Mr. Nitin Gadkari, who made a personal visit to Mrs. Basundhara Raje, yesterday, at the former’s residence, came out with a result to say that Mrs. Raje is as pious, as Ganga and Tulsi, so there is no question arises of her involvement with chota Modi.

Finally, the “International Yoga Day” has ended in India, after thirty five minutes of Yoga Asana’s performance, under the presence of the PM Modi, who have also performed for the international photo shoots.

If, anyone in the country wants to give credit for the marketing, repacking and branding of Yog Asana, then it should be credited into the account of PM Naredra Modi and it is because he have championed himself in the field of marketing, repacking and branding, when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat and ‘Gujarat Model’ was the outcome of the same wizard.

Even, Patnajali, who had invented a physical technique exercises, in the name of Yog Asana, had emphasize, in his script, that before performing Yog Asana, a person needs to go for Yaam, Sanyam and Yog and then Nirbana and if we do not practise Yaam, Sanyam and Yog, then Yog Asana is incomplete and it shall limit to the status of physical exercise.

But, who is going to make understand the main fundamentals of Yog Asana to the PM Modi? Mr. Modi is after his personality building and have spend several Billions of rupees for marketing, repacking and branding of Yog Asana, with the help of advertisements, though news channels and other mode of publicity, in India.

 How much the PM Modi is serious about the Yog Asana could be well understood from the fact that the Ministry of AYUSH, who was being entrusted for the job for the propagation of the Yoga, did nothing concrete, in this regard. Whereas, the hard reality have belied the nation that the said ministry could not even utilize the entire fund, which was allotted by the Govt. for this purpose.

It is amazing to observe that the Govt. of India, through their budget for the period of 2014-2015, have sanctioned an amount of 318 Crores of rupees to the ministry of ASYUSH for the advertisement and publicity, related treatments and other research job, but the ministry have consumed only 43% of the allotted fund. But, in the mean time, the Modi govt. has slashed the budget for Yog Asana and other naturopathy treatments.

After the International Yoga Day will be over, the Yog Asana, in India, will meet the same fate, what the ‘Bharat Swatch Abhiyan’ (which had a bitter experience during the time of Sanitation workers strike, held recently, in Delhi) and other projects have faced, so far and the PR of the PM Modi has to think for other project to maintain the Charismatic figure of Mr. Narendra Modi.
