BJP have DNA to stoop low in Indian Politics

The BJP have played a great role in their own enacted Drama to malign the Congress, before the last leg of assembly election in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir, on the issue of missing pages of the certain land deal file, between the Haryana Govt. and Mr. Robert Vadra, who happens to be a Son in-law of the Congress President, Mrs Sonia Gandhi.

The Govt. of Haryana, while replying to the RTI of Mr. Ashok Khemka, did mention about the missing of the two important pages from the important files, regarding the land deal, but did not owe the responsibility of their failure to retain the important file, which was been the bone of contention, during the time of election of the Haryana assembly.

The IAS Kehmka is supposed to be playing in the hand of the present BJP Govt., since he did not mention about the period of filing his RTI and unfortunately, with a dubious role, he never made any allegation against the present Govt. for not providing the certain required pages of the said file, the body language of Mr. Khemka, during the interview before the news channels, have reflected that he was scoring scores against Hooda Govt., who have deliberately suspended Mr. Khemka for his honesty, in connection with the land deal of Mr Vadra.

The timing of the reply of the said RTI, by the present BJP Govt., in Haryana, was conspicuous, due to the reason of ongoing assembly election in the Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP, who is an expert in managing the news channels, through their under table deals with the news channels, did use the news channels for their political gains.

Unfortunately, the Indian pious news channels did the same, what has been told by their Corporate House, they, on frequent basis, have telecasted the issue of missing pages and the statement of the Mr. Khemka. Nevertheless, the news channels did opt to seek any explanation from the present Haryana Govt. for their failure to retain the certain important pages of the said land deal, which was obvious to prove the nexus between the BJP and the media.

There are several question need to be answered by the Haryana Govt. that how the Govt. excavate said missing file and copy of the said pages and why the BJP Govt. did not set an enquiry for the missing file, since the Govt. must have taken time to reply the said RTI and what was the Chemical theory which have brought back the pages in the said file.

Modi Govt. know nothing about the Constitution of India, but ruling the country

The recent proposal made by the BJP, in the Parliament, for the Anti conversion bill is total against of the Article 25 of the Indian Constitution. It is shocking that the BJP Govt. have no idea or fair education, regarding the Article 25.

Before we go for the debate on the proposal of Anti- conversion, BJP ought to have taken the view of the Constitutional experts, before making controversy statement in the Parliament, on the issue of Anti Conversion Bill.

SECULARISM AND FREEDOM OF RELIGION :
This Article 25 guarantees that every person in India shall have the freedom of conscience and shall have the right to profess, practice and propagate religion, subject to the restrictions that may be imposed by the State on the following grounds, namely:-
(1) public order, morality and health;
(2) other provisions of the Constitution;
(3) regulation of non-religious activity associated with religious practice;
(4) social welfare and reform;
(5) throwing open of Hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes of Hindus.

The freedom of religion conferred by this Article is not confined to citizens of India alone but extends to all persons including aliens and individuals exercising their rights either in their individual capacity or on behalf of some church or institution. Freedom of conscience connotes a person's right to entertain beliefs and doctrines concerning matters, which are regarded by him to be conducive to his spiritual well being.

A person has freedom to believe in the religious tenets of any sect or community. The right is not only to entertain such religious beliefs as may be approved by his judgment or conscience but also to exhibit his sentiments in overt acts as are enjoined by his religion. According to this Article, he may 'profess, practice and propagate his religion'.

To profess a religion means the right to declare freely and openly one's faith. Modes of worship considered by a religion to be its integral and essential part are also secured. He may propagate freely his religious views for the edification of others. Thus, freedom of conscience would be meaningless unless it is supplemented by the freedom of unhampered expression of spiritual conviction in word and action.

The right to propagate one's religion means the right to communicate the person's beliefs to another person or to expose the tenets of that faith, but would not include the right to convert another person to the former's faith, because the latter is equally entitled to freedom of conscience.

Of course, the latter person is free to adopt another religion in the free exercise of his conscience. Thus, Article 25(1) guarantees to every person not only the right to entertain such religious beliefs as may appeal to his conscience, but also the right to exhibit his belief in his conduct by such outward acts as may appear to him proper in order to spread his ideas for the benefit of others. Therefore, every person is guaranteed the freedom to practice his religion- or to spread it if he so wishes - if that freedom is not abused to commit crimes or indulge in anti social activities.

Any attempt to impose a ban on all religious conversions would interfere with one's right to propagate one's religion under Article 25(1), apart from infringing the right to freedom of speech guaranteed under Article 19(1) of the Constitution. The Supreme Court has held that there is no fundamental right to convert another person to one's religion as such a right would infringe on the right to freedom of conscience guaranteed to all citizens of the country alike.

It is really shocking for the diehard supporters of PM Modi to know that the ‘Modi Magic’ is fading gradually, the recent rally of PM Modi, in the Sher e Kasmir stadium, in Kashmir, have proved to be hoax, when the BJP had to work hard to bring the paid and crafted crowds for the rally of the PM. Modi.

Mr. Omar Abdulla, the CM of Jammu and Kashmir have alleged in his Tweet that the people from different region of the state and as well from Banihal of Jammu were being brought in the rally. He furthered that he did not see a single banner, in the hand of the people, who are being manipulated, by paying money, by the BJP, so to prove the real crowds.

The former separatist turned politician and current friend of the BJP, Mr. Sazzad Lone did no left no stone unturned to fetch the paid crowds to the site of the rally, by deploying 80 vehicles for this reason.

It is worth mentioning that, in the year 2003, the then PM, Mr Atal Behari Bajpayee had also address a rally, near to the same stadium and approximately 15,000 people of Kashmir joined the rally. Even today, his said speech is remembered as Good Friday Speech. Mr. Bajpayee also recited poetry of the famous Poet of Kashmir, Mr. Gulam Ahmed, before the start of his address to the Kashmiri people.

The amazing part of the PM Modi’s rally was that the Govt. of India had to deploy 4000 Security personals for the safety of a single person, which was more than the security figures deployed for the US President, Mr. Barrack Obama. This reflect that 56 inch chest reducing fast and melt down during the recent killing of our Military Jawans, in Kashmir, by the Pakistan oriented extremists, by putting some Lips condolences and tributes to the departed souls, which he could afford that time, in wake of State’s election campaign.

When the BJP is imitating the policies of the Congress (read as UPA 2), then why not the PM Modi imitate the courage of Late Indra Gandhi, who did not bother of her life and sacrificed the same, in the name of nation and also did not put off the security personals, who were conspicuous, at that time.

MODI Govt. is in total dark about the original figures of the Indian accounts holder's in Swiss.

Even though the PM Modi, in the recent past, through his firm belief, in the All India Radio, have assured to bring back each Penny of Black Money from the Swiss Banks, but the prominent former employee of the HSBC Bank, Mr. Arvey Falchaini have challenged the Govt. of India for having very poor knowledge about the original figures of the Indian stalkers, who hold their secret accounts in the Swiss Banks.

Mr. Falchaini, who have already disclosed thousand of secret account holder’s name, some six years ago, while working in the HSBC Bank, at Geneva, stated during TV interview, in the Paris, have stated that Indian Govt. hold less than one percent account holder’s name from the original and real figures.

He further stated that he has helped and helping other countries to provide the account holder’s name, so far, but he is also interested to provide the total information, regarding the original figure of the Indian account holder’s, in this regard. Mr. Arvey is presently residing in the France.

It may be recalled that the France Govt. , in the year 2011, have provided a list of the Indian account holder’s list of 628, according to Mr Arvey Falchaini, this figure was too less and should treated as a tip of iceberg, he quote that India was provided with a data of 2 MB out of 200 GB .

Mr. Falchaini added that if Govt. of India demand the detail data, then he would send the proposal to India, Mr. Falchaini have worked in the HSBC Bank, as an engineer and heading the post of System Engineer.

It is praise worth to note that Mr. Falchaini is the person to steal the data of 1.27,000 accounts of Swiss Banks and it was 180, 0000000000 Euros was in account, during that time.

Now, who have stopped PM Modi and the SIT, after the said interview of Mr. Falchaini, to get into the contact of Mr. Arvey Falchaini, through the France Govt., but it need the courage for the PM Modi to expand his chest more than 56 inch, which cannot be done, due to his bonding with Ambani , Adani and other Crony Capitalism.

Finance Minister feeling phobia, with CAG

Could anybody guess who is the most intelligent leader in the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP)?  if you are thinking of Mr. Narendra Modi, then definitely you are wrong, he is best suited in photo shoot and making hyperbole speeches, during ‘Run for Unity’, ‘Swatch Bharat Abhiyan’, having failed to clean his own party from criminals and corrupt MP’s and stopping communal violence’s, at the place of their choice for the national Unity, since he do not believe that Charity begins from Home.

We were talking about the intelligent leader of the BJP, let me have the privilege to introduce our Finance Minister, Mr Arun Jaitely, though he had proven his acumen ship in Law, but his new Avtar, as a Finance Minister, is to lift the deficit Finance of the country.

Mr. Jaitely have too much of farsightedness and by the virtue of this talent, he, some couple days ago have warned the independent Constitutional Body, CAG not to sensitize the CAG report, before the Press.

 He, actually, foresees that CAG could put the BJP in same position, as the CAG did for Congress, regarding unearthing too many scams and loss of Indian natural resources.

The bigger question is this that why the intelligent leader of the BJP is so scared about the CAG? The answer is so simple, like Arithmetic question of KG, Mr. Jaitely knew well that the BJP is following the same policy of the Congress and the common agenda of both the parties are to favor the Crony Capitalism.

It is praise worthy that UPA and NDA keep same opinion for the CAG and agreed upon that the CAG should confine themselves in finding the financial irregularities and not to pounce upon, with comments for the wrong policies, adopted by the Govt.  in favor of Crony Capitalism. After all the CAG will look after the irregularities, as pointed by the CAG, where both the parties have a good nexus with each other.

It is also true that words and action of the CAG, in connection with 2 G spectrum and illegal coal mine allocation have brought the BJP in the Centre and the BJP do not want that the History should repeat.
