Hair Line difference between BJP and Congress Party, on the issue of farmer’s suicidal cases

If somebody wants to make a difference between the two national parties, then it would be a hair line difference, on the context of the farmer’s apathy and suicide. Their feelings for the farmers are almost same; both the parties are using the farmers, as Vote and Land Bank, without caring farmer’s pathetic emotions.

When now, the BJP is in the Govt., they have forgotten that how much Crocodile tears they have shed for the farmers benefit and the suicidal deaths, when they were in opposition and now it is the time for the Congress Party to shed said amount of tears, which the BJP have spared for the farmers, being in opposition.

But, this time due to achieving majority in the Lok Sabha and in Haryana, which have built too much of ego among the BJP leaders, the party have got distinction to make various controversial statements and the latest, by the food Minister of Haryana, Mr. Om Praksah Dhankad, by accusing the departed soul of the farmers, as criminals and cowards.  The fact remains that nobody want to die, even the natural death, but someone if taking harsh step for suicide, it was, obviously, due to their extreme miseries, which they did not wanted to face.

If the Hindi dallies, Navbharat Times is to be believed, even after so much of eventuality, in the Haryana, due to several suicidal deaths of the farmers, the Haryana Chief Minister was liberal to the MLA’s of the state, by giving free Laptops to 90 MLA’s. Apart, the Govt. has hiked the loan amount for their car from Rs. 10 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs of rupees.

The privilege list of the Haryana MLA’s is not the least, the Govt. have increased the Housing loan from the amount of 40 Lakhs of rupees to 60 Lakhs, that too in subsidized interest. The Khattar Govt., in the mean time, have increase Rs. 5000, as  perks amount, in addition to the earlier amount for keeping private staff to facilitate the MLA’s

 However, in view of ongoing suicidal deaths of the farmers, in the Haryana, none of the MLA’s from the two national parties have decline to take the cash privileges, but the BJP did not fail to give free Moral lessening to the departed soul, who can’t hear their lesson, nor his family have been adequately compensated for the loss of crops, due to the unseasonal rain and hailstorm, so far.

 A farmer, Yogendra jumps from height of 120ft from a Mobile Tower, for the compensation of his lost crops, was not a big deal for the News Channels, but     being political, Gagendra Singh was too wise that he planned his death as wisely he could do, but Yogendra of Kharkaunda village of Merrut, (U.P.), who also committed suicide on last Friday, was as innocent as other farmers, whose suicidal death gone unsung.

It is really shocking that not a single news channels tried to give any coverage of the incidence of suicidal death of Yogendra of Merrut, which is not too far from the New Delhi. Unfortunately, like all other suicidal death, the BJP, Congress and SP did not waste their word of condolence to the deceased, who jumped from Mobile Tower top of a height 120ft, as reported in the Hindi dallies, Amar Ujala.

According to the print media, Yogendra, after climbing at the top of tower, was appealing to the Govt. official, Nayaba Teshildar and other Police official, who were present over there, for the compensation of his damaged crops.

Even after four hours perusal drama from the side of the Govt. no concrete efforts were made to rescue Yogendra, who also had three children to look over. Ultimately, after the failure of the Govt.’s assurances, Yogendra jumped from the long height of mobile tower, in the presence of his wife and other Govt. official. It is also essential to be mentioned over here that during four hours period, the Nayab Tehsildar kept on sitting in his car and did not came out once, before he jump.

The Merrut incidence and the Delhi incidence have many similarities, they did not consume any poisonous substance to end their life and came with tactics to draw the attention of the Govt., 

Where as, Gagendra being political, deliberately, choose the Jantar Mantar site, as best place for taking suicidal step, since he knew well that too many news channels will be present over there for the coverage of the rally, though the news channels did not telecasted the rally for long time, in their channel, it was Gagendra Singh who attracted the news channels, through his acrobats on the tree and too much of sloganeering from the tree top.

The bashing against Aam Aadmi Party by the BJP and Congress is quite obvious for the reason of their humiliating defeat in the last Delhi Assembly poll and with the help of Paid media, the two national parties take the cheapest mean to malign the AAP, which have no serous effect on the Delhi Govt., however, both BJP and Congress through their negative publicity against the Aam Aadmi Party, are making the AAP more stronger on the national level.

BJP and Congress are in a celebration mood for Delhi issue incidence

These days, the BJP and Congress are going  for merry go round to settle their grudges, against Aam Aadmi Party, which happened due to unwanted incidence of suicide, committed by a person, whose role for committing suicide is still remain mysterious. It is not clear, yet, that why Gagendra Singh have taken the decision to sit on the tree top, where as he could have hold a seat for himself to listen the speeches of AAP leaders.

If we look the activity of the deceased and statement made by his own family members that he had a talks with the front line leaders of AAP, more before the rally and if it so, then he could have met with such leaders, before the start of the rally and would have seated in a front row, before the dais, instead he took a refuge on a tree top, probably to attract the media attention. He was the same person who has also attended the Kisan Rally, convened by the congress Party, just few couple of days ago.

The theory of Mr. Rajnath Singh and the Delhi Police that he has been provoked to climb on a tree and have hanged himself, by the provocation of the AAP leaders, is an absurd story, which was stated by the Mr. Singh to save the skin of DP.

 A mature person of an age of 41 years and who have fought three Assembly elections, two times from Samajwadi Party’s ticket and have earlier joined Congress and the BJP, simultaneously, to get party ticket, was not so innocent person that he could be provoked, by the volunteers of AAP, rather the entire episode have reflected his unstable mind and pre mindset. Could Delhi Police tell to the nation that how many people, like him, have climbed in the tree, in the same vicinity?

If, the media is accusing the AAP for continuing the rally, even after the incidence, then could Media, BJP and Congress tell why his corpse was in ambulance and stranded in road side for quite long time and not taken immediately to his native village and home? Certainly, it was due to the reason of his cousin sister’s marriage ceremony was in the last leg of see-off (Bidaye).

By the way, it may need no mentioning that it is the same hypocrite BJP, who did not ended their rally, until Mr. Narendra Modi addressed the meeting, in Patna, in the year 2013, when a bomb blast took place near the dais and five people have died.

Through the Congress, BJP and media’s agitation, one thing is quite clear that Congress and BJP wants to save each other’s sin for the numerous suicidal deaths. According to the data available from the National Crime Record Bureau 3 Lakh farmers have ended their life, out of suicide, in between the year 1995 to 2013, during the period of NDA and UPA regime.

Now, the continuous farmer’s suicidal deaths have taken the form of epidemic, which have caused to shrink PM Modi’s chest dimension and hence the mysterious death of Gagendra Singh have given triumph cards to the two national  parties to kiss and hug each other and celebrate the death of a farmer

Why PM Modi is in hurry for Land Accusiation Bill

It is a precious opinion that if you want to run a good govt., then you also need to have a strong opposition and if you do not have strong opposition, then you will have weak and dictatorial govt.

 Let us cite an example for the ongoing controversial Land Accusation Bill. It was the same BJP, who have endorsed the earlier bill in 2013 and during that time, the draft of the bill was send to the Select Committee of the Parliament, by taking in confidence of the other opposition parties, including the BJP.

If we recall, the Select committee was being headed by the senior member of the BJP, Smt. Sumitra Mahajan and the BJP did suggest too many amendments, which was included in the Bill and the said Bill was passed, with all perfections, endorsed by the both houses.

But, the moment after sworn in of Mr. Narendra Modi, as a PM., he did not find the earlier bill not so lucrative to please the Crony Capitalist of the country. He, without taking confidence of the oppositions, tried to change the entire bill and did not go for some amendments. See, if you need to bring some changes, in the Constitution, definitely you are to bring some amendments, but you cannot change or nullify the entire Constitution, at your whims

The act of Mr. Modi only denote his arrogant for coming in power, with a thumping majority, he, immediately went ahead to promulgate an ordinance and also passed the Bill, in the Lok Sabha, since they had a good numbers of MP, but in the case of Upper House ( Rajya Sabha ), they even could not place the LAB, which was due to lack of numbers. It may be recalled that it is the same Modi, who had to go for 11 amendments of the own, it is quite enough to suggest that initial Ordinance, which was promulgated first time, was in complete.

It was due to the strong Oppositions in the Upper House, the said Bill could not be placed, which may be due to the reason that they have failed to convince the entire oppositions, before pushing the Bill in the RS. At this juncture the BJP gave a dent to their slogan “Saab Ka Saath aur Saab ka Vikash.

As far as the difference between BJP and Congress is concerned, I found that both the parties are the two side of the same coin, if you are going to sway away with hollow promises of the national political parties, then you are mistaken.

Since, in the politics, there is no place for emotions and sentiments  of the people, so what,  if you people have given mandate to rule and it is the politics which dominate scene, whoever comes in the power to rule, barring some exceptional, which do not need no mentioning, right now.

It is sure enough that if Mr. Modi have promised the Crony Capitalist of the country to accommodate the land to them, at the cost of throwing prices, then even after second failure to place the LAB, in the Parliament, the PM Modi is bound to convene a joint session to pass the controversial bill, in the coming time.

It was really shocking and disgusting to see the PM Modi  have crossed every limit to criticize all previous Govt.’s., including of NDA, headed by Mr. Atal Behari Bajpaye  and other BJP ruled states, in the foreign land, Canada, by terming the govt., as Scam India.

While addressing the captive audience of the NRI, in Canada, Mr. Modi have opened Pandora box of the earlier scams, which took place in different states and of the Union. The uncalled and unwanted mentioning about scam shows his false vanity for being PM of India, as if he is the only honest PM, after independence, though he did not made any mentioning about the scams, which also took place in the Gujarat, when he was holding the post of the CM, as reported by the CAG, earlier.

Making elaboration, he stated that the previous govt. have allocated the Coal Mines, as if they were distributing handkerchiefs, but unfortunately, during his discourse to the NRI, Mr Modi have deliberately forgotten the role of the BJP ruled states, like Madhya Pradesh and Chattishgarh, on the issue of distribution of Coal Mines to their favorites, as mentioned by the CAG of India and the same allocations were cancelled by the Supreme Court of India, later on.

Mr Modi, after seeing the overcrowding NRI gathering, in Canada, he became so superfluous that he could not stop to praise himself and that was the blatant lie, he spoke, when he said that the previous govt. could not achieve in decades, what he have achieved in eleven month of his rule, though he was ridicule by the Indian news media for his hyperbolic statement.

But for the BJP, he is almost right to his statement, because  during his rule, he have achieved lot in the field of    #AnitConversionLaw,  #LoveJehad,  #GharWapsi,  #Ramzada,  #ChurchesAttacks , #MuslimCommunitySterilization and many more, which need no mentioning and never achieved by the earlier govt.

The PM Modi’s knowledge about the present own govt. is excellent, at par and this was reflected when he went ahead to go for the deal to purchase of 36 Raffel Aircraft from the France, where as the fact remains that the Government of India, during UPA rule (when he was CM of Gujarat) had gone with an agreement to purchase 126 Raffel Aircrafts  and out of this figure, a fresh lot of 18 Aircraft is in the process of delivery to India and the remaining 108 Aircrafts to be made under the supervision of HAL and this deal was rename as ‘Make in India’, as publicized by Mr Modi.

The PM Modi’s frequent visit to different foreign countries is just because to gain personal attention, in the International flora and to be in the Indian news, all the time.

BJP and RSS are at the back foot, on the issue of Religion Anti conversion Law

If, we ask a school boy about the raising of controversial statements and issues, like #AnitConversionLaw,  #LoveJehad,  #GharWapsi,  #Ramzada,  #ChurchesAttacks , #MuslimCommunitySterilization, by the RSS, BJP and other Saffron bodies , he could tell easily that it was their deliberate attempt to deviate from the core issues of the country to save their King for his earlier false assurances, made before the nation.

But, the demand, made earlier, by the RSS, BJP’s MP’s and other saffron outfits, to frame a law for ‘Religion Anti Conversion Law’ have fall flat and the Modi Govt. was bound to raise their hands of surrender to their associates, in this regard.

The Law Ministry has clearly denounced to frame such controversial law, in wake of Section 25 of the Constitution. It may be recall that many BJP Minister’s and spokesperson of the party, along with RSS men, have regularly thrown challenges to the opposition parties for framing Anti Conversion law, while citing some rules, as framed in the states, run by the BJP Govt.

If the Hindi dallies, Amar Ujala is to be believe, then the RSS have put tactical pressure to the Modi Govt. to draft a Bill for stopping religion conversation, the media report added that, in the last month, the Ministry of Home Affairs have seek opinion from the Law ministry, regarding the drafting of the bill to suit RSS’s Hindu nation agenda.

However, the Law Ministry, while replying to the quarries of the Home Ministry, have categorically stated that such law cannot be enacted, in view of the article 25 of the Constitution, which says that any Indian citizen are free to adopt any religion of their choice and the independence is being provided in the constitution to practice and propagate the religion, in the nation.

It is really amazing to note that the learned BJP MP’s and the RSS did not go through the said article, which could be found, if searched in the Google, even. This show the fascist character of the BJP.
