Aam Aadmi Party’s feud was the game plan of the BJP

The dissident leaders of the AAP, Mr. Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan, who talked about the Principal, Ideology and Moral, are gradually exposing themselves, by their own hidden agenda to float a new party and hold plump post in the new outfit.

If we recall that couple of days ago, in one of my article, under the head line, “Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan to float a new party, with the help of BJP and AVAM”, is now coming true, when the print and electronic media’s are also expressing the same view, now.

This conclusion is being drawn, due to some revealing facts, which have emerged, through various activities of the duo dissident leaders. If we have listened carefully, the Presidential speech of Mr Arvind Kejriwal, in the meeting of the NE, held on last 28^th March, before passing of the resolution, Mr. Kejriwal had tossed a question, before the members, that who was the actual beneficiary of the feud; obviously, he said the name of the BJP. What he avoided to say that the feud was the Game Plan of the BJP.

Let us notice the role of the news channels of the country, who gave Extra Large coverage to a dissident leader, like Mr. Yadav, since more than months, which include the leakage of the sting audio tapes, which was definitely the handy work of Mr.Yadav.

The friendly gesture shown by the news channels, starting from the day one and now, regular interview of Mr. Yadav, in different BJP’s paid channels, is not because of Mr. Yadav, (since he is not a tall political figure of India) but the channels are taking diktat from the BJP, who (BJP) is too kind to Media’s Corporate Houses, through huge Govt. advertisement, to the electronic media.

After the humiliating defeat, in Delhi Assembly election, the BJP was puzzled for the growing popularity, throughout the nation and the BJP did not find any concrete means to scuttle the popularity of AAP and Mr. Yadav was the best catch for the BJP to score rivalry, against the AAP

It is well presumed that AVAM played grand role to fix a meeting between the dissidents and the BJP. Mr. Yadav, who had a earlier link with the AVAM, which is now proved beyond doubt, had  some under table deal, with the BJP and jumped, suddenly, in the fray to scuttle the popularity of Mr. Kejriwal,  with the help of BJP’s paid media and took the internal feud to the street, by ignoring inner discipline, deliberately. Let us remind that in Indian politics, nothing happens without politics.

The formation of a new party, which will be the ‘B’ team of the BJP, is already in the pipe line, with the help of secret funding from the BJP and physical support from AVAM, BJP and RSS cadre of Delhi.

The next meeting of the dissidents, which will be held on Ambedkar Day, will accumulate a grand gathering, with the help of the trio, and news channels are to give wide coverage, due to the involvement of BJP.

Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan to float a new party, with the help of BJP and AVAM

 Kudos to the National Executive (NE ) members of Aam Aadmi Party for performing successful surgery of four deep rooted big abscesses, in a row. However, if the surgery was not being performed, in time, then it could have turned into Gangrene, which may have lead to amputation.

Frankly  speaking, this un-desired issue, which had been orchestrated by the senior leader like, Mr. Yogendra Yadav and Mr. Prashant Bhushan have given a black spot to the AAP’s popularity.

Certainly, the issue will take couple of days to settle in the news channels, who’s steering is at the hand of the BJP, but we are sure enough that this feud was sponsored and poisoned by the dirty trick department of the BJP, since they (BJP) are most un- predictable, as seen, joining hand with the pro Pakistan’s party, PDP.   

Let us wait for heart throbbing breaking news, most probably Mr. Yadav and Mr. Bhushan, like Sazia Ilmi and Vinod Binny, may join the BJP and  If it do not work, then take it, as guarantee, the two dissidents are going to float a new party, with the help of the AVAM and BJP to scuttle the growing popularity of the AAP, let us remind the role of AVAM, who worked for the BJP, openly, during the time of Delhi’s assembly election.

As far as, the resignation of Ms Medha Patkar from the primary membership of the AAP is concerned, it was not at all surprising, which she disclosed, before Press Conference and it is all because of her friendly relation and affection with Mr. Yadav.

It may recall that Ms. Patkar is involved with her social activities and her social work was acclaimed, by the people of the country. Previously, she have shown no interest to enter in the politics, but in the last Parliamentary election, it was Mr. Yadav who have instigated her to join AAP  and to fight the parliamentary seat from Mumbai, which she could not win, even having tremendous popularity.

So, it is clear from the fact that to keep her friendly relation and affection with Mr. Yadav, she had no option to give resignation, on moral ground, that too, when Mr. Yadav and Mr. Bhushan were debarred from the NE, but she did not failed to defend Mr. Yadav and Mr. Bhushan’s for their gross indiscipline activities, against the party, at other hand, which ultimately reflect her mind set.

The Second Breaking news is waiting for members and supporters of the AAP to come in the couple of days or week, when the Admiral Ram Das, the Lok Pal of AAP may tender his resignation, but it is better to put in our mind very clearly that no clouds can stop the rising of the party, in the coming time.   

Anna Hazare is a foreign agent, says the BJP, frustration looming large on BJP

The day when Sri Anna Hazare came out in favor of the poor farmers of the country and took out a march against the proposed ‘Land Accusation Bill’, as crafted and drafted by PM Modi, I was sure that Mr. Hazare is going to fall in the eye’s of the BJP, who (BJP) during the time of UPA Govt. use to symbolize him, as a Mahtama Gandhi.

If the reporting of ‘Nav Bharat Time’ is to be believed, then the BJP have spitted venom, against of Mr. Hazare and reportedly have said that he is a foreign agent and playing in the hand of foreign power.

The Madhya Pradesh BJP’s unit, in their magazine, ‘Chareweti’,  have revealed, through an article, about his foreign link, unfortunately, several  state BJP leaders have endorsed the criticism, made in the said magazine to malign the character and ideology of Anna Jee.

In the said article, it has been written that Anna’s organization have taken the donations from the foreign country and he is playing as an agent for the particular foreign country, but meticulously,  the article did not mention the name of the country, who has appointed Anna jee, as their agent.

After this revelation, it has become the burden of PM Modi to look after the issue  and verify that which country is using Anna jee, as their agent and whether he has made a diplomatic visit to that country. If the investigation is being found wrong, then on behalf of the BJP, PM Modi must seek an apology to Anna jee and nation for malafide allegation, made by his party men.

If we recall that similar venom was also been thrown by the then Congress I&B Minister, Mr. Manish Tiwari, during the time of the agitation, organized by the ‘India Against Corruption’ (IAC), comprising of Anna jee, Arvind Kejriwal and other members of the IAC, which had rocked the nation, during that period.

Unfortunately, the two national party, the Congress and the BJP have different ideologies, but keep similar mind set, they always talk rubbish out of their frustration and go at extreme end to malign a person, ignoring the subsequent consequences.

It is true that 2015 is not so favorable for the Modi and his party. The year have decimated BJP very badly in the last Delhi Assembly election, resultant to lose their cool and all smile from their faces and the recent strategic defeat, in connection with the ‘Land Accusation Bill’, was probably the bigger jolt to channelize the Crony Capitalist of the country, in their favor. So let us excuse their frustrations, which have gone against of Anna jee

  

Land Accusation Bill - a complete strategic failure of Modi Govt.

 Thanks God, at the end of the Budget Session, the most controversial ‘Land Accusation Bill’ (LAB) of Modi Govt. could not take off, in want of fuel (read as number), at the other hand the nation is overwhelmed at the united opposition’s efforts in the Parliament which have resisted  the BJP to put the said draconian bill, before the August House of Rajya Sabha, which (Bill) might have snatched the two time meal of many poor farmers of the nation and win – win for the Crony Capitalist of India.

In fact, the people of the nation were at dismay, when the BJP, with their full of arrogance and ego, have forwarded an Ordinance to the President of India, just six months ago or less, in connection with the LAB. It is very hard to believe that the BJP, who came in to power in thumping majority, had to concede, in such way in the Upper House.

It is very disgusting to understand that PM Modi is still in the mode of Gujarat CM, where he was supposed to be Lion of the state and his all hyperbole statements and speeches use to get attention of the so called paid media’s and it was the News media who have glorified the Gujarat Model, throughout the nation.

The act of forwarding the said ordinance to the President of India was a silly act, at the part of PM Modi. What has inspired him to change the entire bill was supposedly an immature thinking of Modi and his party.

The fact remains that it was not a big win for the united opposition, who has restrained the Modi Govt. to place the said bill, before the Upper House, rather it was an utter failure of the political strategy of the PM, who took the Parliament for a jolly ride to prove his arrogance and ego, though it was passed in the Lok Sabha, which was just due to the prevailing number game, which, of course, have favored the BJP.

However, in the Budget Session, the Modi Govt. was able to pass the Coal and Mining Bill, through the Upper House, by manipulating some opposition parties, but arithmetic of Modi Govt. was so poor that they could not make count of their heads in the Rajya Sabha and had to face the heat of the farmers and the common man.

Their last minute effort of writing letter to Mr. Anna Hazare, Mrs Sonai Gandhi, opposition leaders and the NGO, by Mr. Nitin Gadkari for an open debate was a good joke, which proved to be face saving effort of the Modi Govt., knowing of the fact that such type of debate cannot take place, in the open ground or in any television network, rather they could have debated in the ongoing agitation of the farmers, held in Delhi or in the Upper House, before placing the anti Farmer Bill in the Lok Sabha.

Now, the million Dollars question have arises that what the Modi Govt will do with the junk bill, which has been passed in the Lok Sabha? Are they getting ready to re send the second Ordinance to the President of India for LAB? Or the prior bill, as passed by the UPA Govt. is going to prevail, in the coming days?

Let us understand Modi’s real and fooling arithmetic, if you deposit an amount of Rs. 1200, each year, through Rs.100/month recurring, for a period of 14 years, in any bank, at the rate of 9%, then according to bank’s formula, you will get a total amount, (after 14 years) Rs. 433563 { 1,68,000 deposited amount + 2,65,563, as a Compound interest.

Now, the same total amount will be left in the Govt.’s coffer for a period of 7 years, as a fixed deposit, since the scheme says the amount will be returned on 21^st year. If you yourself fix the said amount (Rs. 433563 ) to any bank, as fixed deposit, for a period of 7 years, at the rate of 9%/annum, after the completion of 7 years, you shall get back a total amount of 7,92,570, which include Compound interest

The Modi Govt. is saying that they have concern for the daughter’s of the country and hence, after completion of 21 years, the Govt. has assured to pay Rs. 6 Lakhs, the fact remains that bank is giving more return, than Modi, then what is the use of this scheme.

Modi and Media have opened a new shop for fooling the people, through their so call schemes, in the context of inflation and rising prices, the simple man have no time to calculate, what media and Modi is assuring them

The Govt. is concentrating in their job to amendment the dowry harassment law, related to Section 498 A of the IPC, through various amendments.

The new amendment will give dent to the Human right of the Indian married women. The Govt. is willing to give passage to the husband for their lust for dowry and he is being given free hand by the BJP Govt., to go for more physical assault and tortures to his wife, if their dowry demand is not met.

Let us go through the new amendment, in connection with Dowry harassment law, the new amendment says that  under the proposed amendment, in connection with Section 498A of the IPC, the culprit could go and approach the court for Compoundable offence, which will compel the victim(Bride) to go for outside court settlement, with the husband and his family, so no more arrest will be made to the culprit and his family members, who usually involve in such heinous crime

If somehow, the bride agreed upon for the outside court settlement, then the amendment section do not desist the groom or his family for further mental and physical torture to the victim, if she comes back to her in-laws house for peaceful life. Neither the law, nor the court is going to give any relief for further victimization of the bride, in future course of time.

Another amendment, in connection with the same IPC, have been proposed that if somehow, the bride failed to proved them guilty, then in that course of time , the court is going to slap a fine Rs. 15,000, instead of initial fine, which amount to Rs. 1000.

The amendments are so lucrative for the offender that even found guilty, he could escape jail, by just paying penalty, whose amount is yet to be fixed, in the amendment. The funny amendment need to be criticized, in view of BJP’s election campaign slogan; “Aab na sahenge Nari par attayachar, Aab ke baar Modi Sarkar”
