The PM wittingly has pushed the onus of rising prices to the Black Marketers and Hoarders of the country, in his recent cabinet meeting. He have exhorted the state govt. to take stern action against the Black Marketers and Hoarders, , through fast track Courts. The Black Marketers and Hoarders are presumably, a funding agency for the political parties.

Now, the PM has put the ball in the court of the state Govt.’s for rising of the prices, due to not raiding the dens of the Black Marketers and Hoarders.

The PM is well aware that this type of Lips service is like, “Na, Naw Maun Tael Jalegi, Na Radha Nachegi” neither the Hoarders are to be booked, nor there shall be Fast Track Courts, in different Districts of the country, but certainly the PM declaration , in this regard, is going to please the ‘Modi Bhakts’, at least.

DEGRADED INDIAN MEDIA, THE WORRISOME AFFAIRS OF NATION

It is a matter of grave concern for the people of India that a national political party, for their political gain, has baptized the most of the news channels and the print media, in-to Paid Media status, which have lead Media’s to lose ethics of journalism.

The degradation of the Media was observed, when the last Delhi Assembly and Parliamentary election was held, when they started behaving like mouthpiece of the said national political Party.

Some couple of days ago, The Indian print media, as well electronic media, came out with a report that the Swiss Govt. have prepared a list of the Indian account holders, who have stalked their illegal money, in different Banks in the Switzerland and likely to share the list with Indian Govt..

Without checking the authenticity or verifying the media report, the Finance Minister of India, Mr Arun Jaitely was so overwhelmed with report that he announced to shot a letter from his Ministry to the Govt. of Swiss, in this regard.

But, the Modi Govt. got an initial jolt, when the Swiss Govt. came up with communique that they do not posses such list of the Indian account holders. The Swiss Govt. have gone ahead to criticize the Indian Medias for circulating a false news, in India

The irresponsible reporting by the Indian Media, in connection with the policy matter of the Swiss Govt., is likely to jeopardize the initial efforts of the Govt. to get the Indian account holder’s name from the Swiss Govt., for further serious action, against the account holders, which is distant dream for the country men.

While rejecting and condemning the Indian media report, by the Swiss Govt., the Finance Ministry of the Swiss have, categorically, mentioned   that no development, in this regard, took place, after the month of February, this year.

 It is worth mentioning that a Swiss Delegation, on the last February, met with the Indian Officials, at New Delhi, to have primary talks, in this regard.

The Finance Ministry further added that the both the Govt. did not hold any meeting, and neither they have any bilateral talks, later on, on the issue of sharing the list of the Indian account holders of the Swiss Banks.

SUGAR WILL TASTE BITTER, AT THE HAND OF MODINOMICS

The Modi Govt. have resolved to serve the citizens of India, with their so called bitter medicine, but they are not in a position to say how long the Govt. is going to serve with their  bitter medication and the govt. should come out with the list of their  Modibiotics, in form of different stiff rising of the prices of different  commodities, which are under their control.

Modi Govt is leaving no stone un-turned to improve the Economic condition of the country, but before improving the economic condition of the country, the Govt., at initial, is in mood to improve the condition of the Capitalist’s and the Corporate House’s and why not? when the Capitalist’s and Corporate House’s have funded Modi's long drawn election campaign.  Even, a school student could tell that the Modi Govt. is a Pro Capitalist and nothing to do with their worries of the common people.

The recent decision of the Modi Govt. to raise the Import duty, on Sugar, from 15% to 40%   is clear indication that the Govt. is very much concerned for the Sugar Mill owners, who are, also, the part of the Corporate Houses of the country. The Food and Civil Supplies Minister, Mr. Ram Bilash Paswan have, categorically, stated the raising of the Import duty, on sugar, was meant to give  major relief to Sugar Mill owners of the country, which will enhance the monopoly of the Sugar Mill owners.

The educated citizens knew well that the Import of any item is being done to meet the country’s demand, it happens, when the production of such item is not adequate to meet the demand, in the land, but by raising the Import duty, on sugar, at an exorbitant percentage, will discourage the Sugar importers to stop importing sugar from different countries.

It is really pathetic to observe that the Union and state Govt.’s are least bothered for the poor Sugar Cane grower farmers of the different states, where the Sugar Mills are mostly situated.

The Sugar Mill owners of the UP did not settle the last year dues of the poor farmers of the states for their crops, which has already being crushed and the product have been sold in the open market. The SP Govt. of UP, nor the Union Govt,, so far, came for the rescue of the poor farmers to get their old dues from the Sugar Mill owners.

Whereas, according to the media report, the Sugar Mill owners get a Bank loan, at a rate of 0% to facilitate the Sugar Mill owners, who are one of the funding agency for the Political parties of the country. It is to be seen when the State and Union Govt. will grow sympathy for the poor Sugar cane growers.

MEDIA GIVING UNDUE CREDIT TO MODI SARKAR FOR BLACK MONEY ISSUE

It is a height of stupidity and hypocrisy, at the part of the Indian Press and Electronic Media, to give credit to the Modi Govt. for constituting the SIT to unearth the stocking of the Black Money, in the different Swiss Banks.

While praising the Modi Sarkar, some reputed print media have, deliberately, ignored the earlier order of the Supreme Court, in which the Apex Court have given  a clear direction to the UPA-2 for the formation of the SIT, , which was delay-delayed by the predecessor  Govt.. 

The final ultimatum of the SC has forced the Modi Govt. to go for constituting the said SIT, which is likely to be monitored by the SC. Moreover, whosoever may have formed the Govt. would have abide the directive of the Apex Court.

According to the media reporting, the Swiss Govt. have prepared a list of the all Indian account holders of the Swiss Banks, which comprises of 283 banks, spread all over the country, though however, the Swiss Govt. have not  declared officially to the Govt. of India, in this regard, so far.

There is nothing to amuse with media reports, since the UPA-2 also had a short list of names of the account holders, but Manmohan Govt. deliberately avoided revealing the names of the account holders and the present Modi Sarkar is also following the same resolution of the Congress, which is not to reveal the names of the account holders. 

In fact, the Modi Sarkar do not posses 56 inch chest to nab such evaders and punish them. Though, unfortunately, the Govt. is in dearth of concrete mechanism and hard laws to punish the evaders.

The estimated money, according to the media, is worth of 14,400 Crores of rupees, in 283 Swiss Banks, though the figure seems to be low and unbelievable, but actual stashed money is higher, what has been highlighted unofficially. Apart from the Swiss Bank, there are too many Banks, in different countries, where Indian account holder have their illegal money, which is needed to be located.

If media is to be believed, then the accumulated money is now being in phase of conversion to make it white Money, in India, through different channels, like Share Markets and in Real estate Business and who knows that such Black Money was not spend in the last Parliamentary election, by the national political parties of the countries, the voters have witnessed extravagant publicity of a particular national party.

MODI GOVT..'S POLITICAL VENDETTA , AGAINST SC JUDGE APPOINTMENT

 The Modi Govt. is unnecessarily putting their legs in the affairs of the Supreme Court’s Collegiums (SCC). The growing encroachment of the Law Ministry shall lead to a conflict between the Govt. and the SCC.

It is not at all acceptable to the SSC that the Govt. should consider the CBI’s negative comment, on the issue of the appointment of the former Solicitor General, Mr. Gopal Subramanium, as a Supreme Court’s Judge.

It is not fair for the Modi Govt. to take an input from the CBI’s negative report, against Mr. Subramanium, instead of SCC’s recommendation, in this regard.  It is also a fact that it is the same BJP leadership, who has, earlier, criticized the higher official’s of the CBI, in the past.

Whereas the fact remains that Law Ministry, usually, gets their inputs from the IB, who have find not a single  black spot, in the record of Mr. Subramanium, but, at the other hand, the CBI have expressed doubts on the role of Mr. Subramanium, as a legal officer, in connection with the case of 2G spectrum, in the SC.

The unwarranted interference, by the Modi Govt., on this issue is a part of a political vendetta, against Mr. Subramanium and not the sleazy comment of the CBI.

Let us not forget that Mr. Subramanium, who was a amicus curie of the Supreme Court, in connection with the fake Police encounter of Mr. Shorabuddin and his wife, in which, the couple were killed by the Gujarat Police, have made a recommendation for a CBI inquiry, which was being upheld by the SC.

It was well established fact, in the fake encounter case; the Gujarat Police did not made a proper investigation and the CBI investigation have tarnished the image of Mr. Narendra Modi, who was the then CM of Gujarat. Is not  opposing the appointment Mr. Gopal Subramanium, as Judgeship of the SC is the outcome of political vendetta?

The voters  and the blind supporters of the BJP have found nothing innovative, in the working culture of Modi Govt., instead the present Govt. have nothing new in their kitty, which could be termed, as a  ‘Modi Policy’ and have failed to leave a foot print for their future successors.

After  inception in the Govt., the PM, Mr. Narendra Modi, in most of the occasion, on various policy issues, have found to be indulge in the Congress’s wrong precedence’s, which was, earlier, being criticized by Mr. Modi or BJP, in last 10 years of corrupt ruling of the Congress.

The present tussle of the Modi Govt. for shunting or flushing out the Governors, as, earlier, recommended by the Congress party, has reflected a negative mind set of the new Govt., at the initial period of so called Good governs.

It is quite evident, from the stand taken by the Modi Govt., by putting unwanted pressure to the Governors, whose term is likely to end sooner or later, that the Modi Govt. is just following the footsteps of Congress’s wrong tactics, who have shunted out the BJP’s recommended Governors, like Mr.Vishnukant, Mr. Kailashpati Mishra and Mr. Babu Parmanad and Mr. Kedar Nath Sahini, in 2004.

Let us recall that it was the BJP”s M.P., Mr. BP Singhal, who had challenge the Congress decisions for removing the Governors of BJP’s choice, before the Supreme Court.

And, the Apex Court have given a  clear verdict that any Govt. cannot throw out the Governor from their job, until and unless there is concrete reasons for the removal of the governors, which amounts to their inefficiency in their stipulated job.

Unfortunately, it is being felt that the Governor House has become a ‘Rehabilitation Center’ or ‘Dumping Ground’ for the politically discarded leaders, who have served the party for quite long time and have no positive role to play in the present Govt. Recommending theirs name for the post of Governors seems to be a “Life Time Achievement Award” for the poor leaders.

Rape and molestation, which is increasing, day by day, in the country, cannot be checked due to unwanted statements of the various political leaders, irrespective of their political affiliation.

In the recent past, the people of the country have heard the word of sympathy for the rape accused, by the Samajwadi Party’s head Mr. Mulayam Singh, which was vehemently criticized, by every political party, including the PM Mr. Narendra Modi, in his last election campaign.

But, the Modi Govt. has exposed their non seriousness, about their zero tolerance, against the rape, molestation and other atrocities, against the women, when the collar of his minister, Mr. Nihalchand was being caught by the Court.

The way the entire BJP have turned in favor of Mr. Nihalchand, who is one of the rape accused, among other 18 Mass Rape accused, as alleged by the victim, have unmindfully opened their fist(Kalai), before the nation.

The last nail in the coffin was really frustrating, according to news channels report, when the Finance Minister, Mr. Arun Jaitly have given direction to the BJP spokespersons to defend the rape accused, Mr. Nihalchand, in the national electronic channels.

The finance Minister, indirectly, have come in the rescue of the other 17 co-accused of the heinous crime, along with Mr. Nihalchand,. It is essential to be mentioned over here that among 17 co-accused, the victim’s husband is also involved, in the said crime

Such type of defending act, by the India's Finance Minister, will be encouraging for the other BJP’s MLAs and MPs (who have won the recent Parliamentary election), who are facing rape trials, before the appellate courts, in different states.

Now, the BJP have lost all Morality to accuse the UP Govt. for the rising rape cases, in the state, which is due to their their wrong precedence and they should shun for giving political statement, against other ruling party of different states.

And, it was the publicity stunt, which has branded the Gujarat, as ‘Gujarat Model’, in the country, where the fact remains that out of all district, 17 districts are under Backward and most Backwards position.

But, his immense love for the publicity, which is still on, came to the light when Mr. Modi’s order for his Ministers of his minuscule Cabinet to declare their all asset, before the Ministry of Home, along with other orders, were in the print media and the way, the Media have interpreted, as if, Mr. Modi have done a August job for the citizens of India.

Let us remind that this type of Code of Conduct is an old feature and the concern Cabinet Ministers had to submit their entire assets report to Ministry of Home, such type of submission is also being done during the time of filing nomination for the election, before the Election Commission, then why there should be double submission for the same issue?

Apart from the above mentioned order, according to the media report, the Mr. Modi have made a peculiar order that the each Minister should ensure him that none of his relatives are involved, in doing business, with the Govt., concerning with Govt. services or supply any article to Govt. office, nor any relatives of minister go abroad, with stipulated Govt. job or Mission.

If somehow, their relatives do not abide with the wish of Mr. Modi and then what shall he do? Would he seek resignation from his Cabinet Minister? This type of funny orders presumes to be Self Praising and least relevant, with day to day work of the Govt. related mission or job.

MODI GOVT.NEED GOLDEN JUBILEE YEAR TO FILL PROMISES

.If the speech of the President, Pranab Mukherjee is to be believed, then the promises, which have been made in the Parliament, on behalf of the new Govt, shall need Golden Jubilee Years to fulfill the entire promises, which have been articulated by Modi Govt.

It is pity that the new Govt., who could not, presently, restore the frequent and lengthy power cuts, in the Capital City and who failed to Condole the death of 24 Engineering students, who were drowned in the Himachal Pradesh and no word of Condolence to the grieved family, is giving hollow promises to the citizen of India., through the Parliament.

The spate of lengthy assurances, came after the oath ceremony, is the part of the strategy of the Modi Govt. to be in the publicity, through their paid media channels and other print media. It is being felt that, before the election, there was one Feku, in the BJP, but after the oath ceremony, series of Fekus have emerged, like soap operas.

Mr Mukherjee, in his Presidential speech, included checking of price rise/ inflation, Economic Development, simplifying the tax structure, communal tension, Extremist attack, Minimum tolerance, against women atrocities and violence's, Bringing back the Black money from abroad, Providing water for cultivation to each field and opening of IIM and IIT in each state, apart from many other soap Opera (issues), which are creating Vertigo in the common man’s mind.

After the great ‘Air Firing’, by the new Govt., the PM have sensed that it is difficult to check the price rise and hence, the State Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Jitendra Singh, in case of further price rise, have tactically pushed the onus on the coming Monsoon, which is being predicted that the Rain fall will be 93%, in July and 96% in August.

So, due to lame duck excuse, the Modi Govt. is, now, free, if the market shoots up, at a maximum height, in the coming time.
