Maximum Contradictions and Common Minimum Program is the New Mantra of BJP

The last assemble result of the Jammu & Kashmir have a clear indication that there is complete differences have emerged between the residents of Jammu and Kashmir. If the BJP have succeeded to get majority of seat from the Jammu, it was because of the Hindu population dominating the Jammu, the same BJP did not achieved any seats from The Kashmir and Laddhak.

Actually, Mr. Modi wanted to say against the dynasty rule of the state, which rotate around the two families and Modi wanted to free J&K from the two families, which have worked in Jammu region, than other part of the J&K.

On the other hand, the National Conference (NC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have left no stone unturned to connivance the Muslims voters of J&K that the BJP is a communal party and have also assured not to come close to the BJP, at any situation.

But, the present situation dictates that if PDP have to form the Govt, then they have to come close to BJP, leaving aside their earlier stand of uniting with the communal party, like BJP.

The present hobnobbing of the BJP with PDP and NC for the formulation of govt. formation and be in the Govt. clearly indicate that Article 70, Common Civil Code and Ram Mandir issues are no more important for the BJP, if somehow, the BJP get into the Govt. , then the agenda of the RSS for making the country, as Hindu country shall stand irrelevant.

Now, the BJP have come out with a new definition of politics, in India i.e., Maximum Contradictions and ‘Common Minimum Program’ and form a Govt. of your suitability and if the new definition comes to final shape, then the BJP have to take the diktat of the PDP’s 5 points ‘Common Minimum Program’. Let us remind that the BJP have practiced the same definition of politics, in the Maharashtra, with the Shiv Sena.

BJP have DNA to stoop low in Indian Politics

The BJP have played a great role in their own enacted Drama to malign the Congress, before the last leg of assembly election in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir, on the issue of missing pages of the certain land deal file, between the Haryana Govt. and Mr. Robert Vadra, who happens to be a Son in-law of the Congress President, Mrs Sonia Gandhi.

The Govt. of Haryana, while replying to the RTI of Mr. Ashok Khemka, did mention about the missing of the two important pages from the important files, regarding the land deal, but did not owe the responsibility of their failure to retain the important file, which was been the bone of contention, during the time of election of the Haryana assembly.

The IAS Kehmka is supposed to be playing in the hand of the present BJP Govt., since he did not mention about the period of filing his RTI and unfortunately, with a dubious role, he never made any allegation against the present Govt. for not providing the certain required pages of the said file, the body language of Mr. Khemka, during the interview before the news channels, have reflected that he was scoring scores against Hooda Govt., who have deliberately suspended Mr. Khemka for his honesty, in connection with the land deal of Mr Vadra.

The timing of the reply of the said RTI, by the present BJP Govt., in Haryana, was conspicuous, due to the reason of ongoing assembly election in the Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP, who is an expert in managing the news channels, through their under table deals with the news channels, did use the news channels for their political gains.

Unfortunately, the Indian pious news channels did the same, what has been told by their Corporate House, they, on frequent basis, have telecasted the issue of missing pages and the statement of the Mr. Khemka. Nevertheless, the news channels did opt to seek any explanation from the present Haryana Govt. for their failure to retain the certain important pages of the said land deal, which was obvious to prove the nexus between the BJP and the media.

There are several question need to be answered by the Haryana Govt. that how the Govt. excavate said missing file and copy of the said pages and why the BJP Govt. did not set an enquiry for the missing file, since the Govt. must have taken time to reply the said RTI and what was the Chemical theory which have brought back the pages in the said file.

Modi Govt. know nothing about the Constitution of India, but ruling the country

The recent proposal made by the BJP, in the Parliament, for the Anti conversion bill is total against of the Article 25 of the Indian Constitution. It is shocking that the BJP Govt. have no idea or fair education, regarding the Article 25.

Before we go for the debate on the proposal of Anti- conversion, BJP ought to have taken the view of the Constitutional experts, before making controversy statement in the Parliament, on the issue of Anti Conversion Bill.

SECULARISM AND FREEDOM OF RELIGION :
This Article 25 guarantees that every person in India shall have the freedom of conscience and shall have the right to profess, practice and propagate religion, subject to the restrictions that may be imposed by the State on the following grounds, namely:-
(1) public order, morality and health;
(2) other provisions of the Constitution;
(3) regulation of non-religious activity associated with religious practice;
(4) social welfare and reform;
(5) throwing open of Hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes of Hindus.

The freedom of religion conferred by this Article is not confined to citizens of India alone but extends to all persons including aliens and individuals exercising their rights either in their individual capacity or on behalf of some church or institution. Freedom of conscience connotes a person's right to entertain beliefs and doctrines concerning matters, which are regarded by him to be conducive to his spiritual well being.

A person has freedom to believe in the religious tenets of any sect or community. The right is not only to entertain such religious beliefs as may be approved by his judgment or conscience but also to exhibit his sentiments in overt acts as are enjoined by his religion. According to this Article, he may 'profess, practice and propagate his religion'.

To profess a religion means the right to declare freely and openly one's faith. Modes of worship considered by a religion to be its integral and essential part are also secured. He may propagate freely his religious views for the edification of others. Thus, freedom of conscience would be meaningless unless it is supplemented by the freedom of unhampered expression of spiritual conviction in word and action.

The right to propagate one's religion means the right to communicate the person's beliefs to another person or to expose the tenets of that faith, but would not include the right to convert another person to the former's faith, because the latter is equally entitled to freedom of conscience.

Of course, the latter person is free to adopt another religion in the free exercise of his conscience. Thus, Article 25(1) guarantees to every person not only the right to entertain such religious beliefs as may appeal to his conscience, but also the right to exhibit his belief in his conduct by such outward acts as may appear to him proper in order to spread his ideas for the benefit of others. Therefore, every person is guaranteed the freedom to practice his religion- or to spread it if he so wishes - if that freedom is not abused to commit crimes or indulge in anti social activities.

Even though the PM Modi, in the recent past, through his firm belief, in the All India Radio, have assured to bring back each Penny of Black Money from the Swiss Banks, but the prominent former employee of the HSBC Bank, Mr. Arvey Falchaini have challenged the Govt. of India for having very poor knowledge about the original figures of the Indian stalkers, who hold their secret accounts in the Swiss Banks.

Mr. Falchaini, who have already disclosed thousand of secret account holder’s name, some six years ago, while working in the HSBC Bank, at Geneva, stated during TV interview, in the Paris, have stated that Indian Govt. hold less than one percent account holder’s name from the original and real figures.

He further stated that he has helped and helping other countries to provide the account holder’s name, so far, but he is also interested to provide the total information, regarding the original figure of the Indian account holder’s, in this regard. Mr. Arvey is presently residing in the France.

It may be recalled that the France Govt. , in the year 2011, have provided a list of the Indian account holder’s list of 628, according to Mr Arvey Falchaini, this figure was too less and should treated as a tip of iceberg, he quote that India was provided with a data of 2 MB out of 200 GB .

Mr. Falchaini added that if Govt. of India demand the detail data, then he would send the proposal to India, Mr. Falchaini have worked in the HSBC Bank, as an engineer and heading the post of System Engineer.

It is praise worth to note that Mr. Falchaini is the person to steal the data of 1.27,000 accounts of Swiss Banks and it was 180, 0000000000 Euros was in account, during that time.

We were talking about the intelligent leader of the BJP, let me have the privilege to introduce our Finance Minister, Mr Arun Jaitely, though he had proven his acumen ship in Law, but his new Avtar, as a Finance Minister, is to lift the deficit Finance of the country.

Mr. Jaitely have too much of farsightedness and by the virtue of this talent, he, some couple days ago have warned the independent Constitutional Body, CAG not to sensitize the CAG report, before the Press.

 He, actually, foresees that CAG could put the BJP in same position, as the CAG did for Congress, regarding unearthing too many scams and loss of Indian natural resources.

The bigger question is this that why the intelligent leader of the BJP is so scared about the CAG? The answer is so simple, like Arithmetic question of KG, Mr. Jaitely knew well that the BJP is following the same policy of the Congress and the common agenda of both the parties are to favor the Crony Capitalism.

It is praise worthy that UPA and NDA keep same opinion for the CAG and agreed upon that the CAG should confine themselves in finding the financial irregularities and not to pounce upon, with comments for the wrong policies, adopted by the Govt.  in favor of Crony Capitalism. After all the CAG will look after the irregularities, as pointed by the CAG, where both the parties have a good nexus with each other.

It is also true that words and action of the CAG, in connection with 2 G spectrum and illegal coal mine allocation have brought the BJP in the Centre and the BJP do not want that the History should repeat.

Governor's and LT Governor not discharging Constitutional duties

Though the BJP is going to form the first Govt. after the formation of Maharashtra, which was carved out as a separate entity on May 1, 1960, but it was shocking to observe that the Governor of Maharashtra still not invited the BJP for the formation of the new Govt.

 It is worth mentioning that the BJP is still lacking the majority and the Shiv Sena or the NCP still have not submitted any letter of support to the Governor, officially, nor any such type of news, regarding the submission of support letter, by the Shiv Sena or the NCP have been reported by the Electronic and print media, so far.

Even, if it is being presumed that the Shiv Sena is bound to support the BJP, but still the Governor need to perform the constitutional exercises, before the oath ceremony.

However, it is, still, not clear whether the Shiv Sena is going to be accommodated in the Ministry, when and where the President of the BJP, Mr. Amit Shah has put a condition before the Chief of the Sena, Mr. Udhav Thakre to ask an apology from Mr. Narendra Modi, for his distasteful utterances, made against of Mr. Modi, by Mr. Thakre.

As far, the Delhi is concerned, the LG of the Delhi, Mr. Nazeeb Jung, for the sake of his chair, started dancing at the tune of the BJP, from the day one of the oath ceremony of Mr. Modi and to please the BJP, he forgot his constitutional responsibilities by seeking consent from the President of India to invite the BJP to form the government, even knowing of the fact that the BJP, once have declined to accept the invitation of LG for the formation of the Government, in wake of  their lesser numbers in the Assembly.

It was as usual, the apex court had to intervene in the petition filed by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) seeking dissolution of the Delhi assembly. The Hon’ble court slammed the Centre and the LG over the five month delay in taking a decision on Government formation.

If the LG and the Governors are to dance at the tune of the ruling party, then it would be nice to call them PRO (Prime Minster Relation Officer), instead of Governor.

Yesterday, the PM Modi went to Mumbai to inaugurate the Premium Hospital, made by the Reliance group and the news media’s deliberately ignored the serious absence of Mr. Udyhav Thakre, the Chief of the Shiv Sena from the same function, whereas most of the Mumbai celebrities have attended the same function.

The piquant absence of Mr. Thakre from the said function did reflect a long story that all is not well between the two broken allies, who were suppose to come together, after the Assembly election result and that too was not been properly reported by the host of news channels, in their prime time reporting.

Whereas, it was same media who did not hesitate to ask evidences from the Aam Aadmi Party who has reported that the BJP is preparing fake Voter ID for the coming Delhi Assembly election.

What the hell the media was doing, in the last Parliamentary election, when Mr. Narendra Modi was making wild and false allegation against the Aam Aadmi Party's Chief  Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and other opponents. The cowardice media did not dare to ask any evidences from Mr. Modi for his unfounded allegations.

If the sources are to be believed, then the BJP, in Maharashtra, have a made a mind set to form the minority Government, if the bargaining between the two parties, in connection with the plump Ministry for Sena, failed, at the last moment.

The million Dollar question is ahead of the BJP that why the BJP did not adopted the same attitude, in the Delhi Assembly poll result, when and where they were leading the House, same as in Maharashtra.

It is now evident that the BJP will not keep any hesitation for taking out side support of Mr. Pawar’s party, who are likely to absent from the House or will go for Horse trading with Independent MLA’s. BJP is the party who do not practice, what they preach.

The most o0f the Hindi News Channels did a job of 24X 7 for the BJP, whether it was the advertisement of Acchey Din or the wind storm election campaign of Mr. Modi, who made a terrible 500 election campaign, throughout the  country.

Even after the tornado election campaign by Mr. Modi, who have made a huge expenditure of 10,000 Crores, in the last Parliamentary election, the BJP could not cut too much of ice in the non Hindi belt of the country, which was due to zero influence of the Hindi News Channels, in such states.

The Delhi voters, in their various earlier assembly elections and Municipal Corporation election, held earlier, knew well about the Over Height Corruption’s DNA of the BJP and Congress, who have succumbed not due to Modi’s effect, but due to their Leadership crisis.

Modi Govt. is in habit of double speak, if somebody termed them as CHOTA RAVAN, having double face, then it would be no wrong and dribbling, in their declaration and announcements, on various issues leads  them to loss their credibility.

The Modi Govt., in their recent  affidavit, as put before the Supreme Court, in connection with the declaring the name's of the account holders, in different  foreign banks, have adopted lame excuse, by taking plea on the issue of  agreement with different countries  by the UPA Govt.

This policy has exposed the Modi Govt., since Mr. Narendra Modi, in a recent meeting, with his Cabinet minister, have declared that the Govt. is going to put some names of the account holders, before the Supreme Court, which was made within a week time, when they are being criticized by the different section of the society, it could be presumed as after thought of the Govt.

It is really peculiar to understand that there is lack of co-ordination between the two statements of Mr. Modi and Mr. Arun Jaitely, the Finance Minister of the country. Mr. Jaitely, in an interview with the News Channel, tried to black mail and silences the Congress party, on the issue of declaring the names of the Black money account holder, before the apex Court.

Mr. Jaitely have cautioned the Congress party that if the Modi Govt exposes the name of the account holders, then the Congress party have to feel the burnt of shame, but Mr. Jaitely did not say, how  the Congress is going to feel shame, after the declaration of the name, he should have gone for the reason of his such statement.

In fact, Mr. Jaitely is shielding someone’s name, in this regard. If we do remember, then it was Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, who has already exposed the account number of the Reliance Industry’s Chief, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. If the Modi Govt to expose few names before the SC, then they have to put the name of Mr. Ambani, which they declined to oblige the court,.

It is known fact that, in the last the last Parliamentary election, the RIL and Adani have funded the most exorbitant and extravagant election campaign of the BJP and by virtue of this campaign, the BJP have got the majority. So, at this juncture, how could the Modi Govt. afford to expose the name of Mr. Ambani, it is all Gidar Bhabki of Modi Govt. to silence the Congress party, who are accusing the Modi Govt. for their failure to expose the name of Black money account holder’s name, before the Supreme Court.

Similar case for dissolving the Delhi Assembly is also pending in the SC, which has been referred to the large bench of the SC, by the Judges , who could not come to conclusion recently. Then, why the BJP is showing haste to form the Govt. in Delhi, with their Chronic Horse Trading tactics?.

If, in the mean time, the BJP succeed in their nefarious design to form the Govt., with the help of Horse Trading, as presumed by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and at the other hand , if, the SC give a verdict to dissolve Delhi Assembly, then what shall the BJP will do in course of such situation?. Will they go for an ordinance, against the verdict of the SC to retain the Delhi Govt?

The earlier attitude of the Modi Govt., in connection with the appointment of Mr. Gopal Subramanium, as Judge for the Supreme Court, is no more secret for the people of India, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court have, already, vented his ire against the attitude of the Modi Govt., then why the Modi Govt. is repeatedly going in the path of confrontation and tussle, against the Supreme Court.

Mr. Arnab Goswami of the Times Now, on Friday edition of News Hours, have thrown serious question for the promulgation of an Ordinance to the BJP’s spokesperson, Mr. Sudhanshu Trivedi, who is supposed the best Goal Keeper(Defender) of the BJP, could not properly reply the main reason for the promulgation of the Ordinance,.

Though Mr. Goswami, on several occasion, have persuaded Mr. Trivedi to concede on the said issue, but Mr. Trivedi tried his best to deviate the matter, through different issues, related with Congress regime, which had no buyer of his version.

The BJP, while issuing a whip to their MP’s, however, have passed the so called funny Amendment Bill, in the Lok Sabha, by Voice Vote, but it was very unfortunate to see that the Congress MP’s have made a Luke warm protest, against the Bill. Was there any diktat form the Ambani’s not to protest loud, against the Bill? Instead, the TMC leader, Mr. Saugoto Roy has made firm protest, in view of the Principle of the existing law.

The anarchism of the BJP is in full swing, after they got comfortable majority in the Lok Sabha and even knowing of the fact that their numbers are far less in the Upper House ( Rajya Sabha ), Mr. Modi is not in a mood to relent or withdraw the Ordinance, which reflect his hangover for anarchism and autocratic style of functioning,

AND MOREOVER, THE PARTY HAS LOST ALL GUTS TO RESTRAIN Mr. MODI FOR THE UNWANTED TUSSULE, BETWEEN OPPOSITION BENCHES FOR A PETTY REASON, AT THE NEW START OF THE PARLIAMENT.

If somehow, the said Bill is , also, passed in the Rajya Sabha, then it would be presume that the THIRD UMPIRE, Amabani’s have played a vital role, by pushing their diktat to the Congress Party to favor the Modi Govt..

RIL FOUND IN MONEY LAUNDERING, ALLEGED AAP LEADER PRASHANT BHUSHAN

The Senior Lawyer and Aam Aadmi Party leader, Mr. Prashant Bhushan have made serious allegation, against the Reliance Industries Limited for Money laundering.

According to the Hindi dailies, Amar Ujala, Mr. Bhushan have send a letter to the newly constituted SIT, who are to find the names of the Black Money holders, in the Swiss Banks.

Mr Bhushan, in his letter, written to the Jt. Secretary, Mr. M.L. Meena of the SIT has asked for a clear probe, against the involvement of the RIL, in Money Laundering case.

The AAP leader have urged the SIT to investigate the investment of worth of Rs. 6500 Crores, made by the RIL, in connection with the investment, in the Block of K.G Basin for the operational job, Mr. Bhushan added that it was the same money, which was been invested, through Money Laundering, by the RIL.

He has, also, claimed that a private Bank, ICICI have facilitated the RIL for the Money laundering. He further stated that according to the CAG report, the RIL have further re-invested their earned money from the D 6 Block of the K.G Basin to their another sectors of RIL.

Beside, the RIL have raised the cost of production for operation, through un-healthy means and have shown wrong figures of their investments.

While citing example of CAG, Mr Bhushan pointed out that with the help of Money Laundering, the RIL have invested their false earning to their own other companies of the RIL.

In his letter to the SIT, he also cited the ‘Warning Letter’ of the Indian High Commission of Singapore, dated 31. 08. 2011, in the said letter of the High commission, it was mentioned that through the Biometric Marketing Ltd., an investment of Rs. 6530 Crores were invested in India.

The Modi Govt. who have taken a sweet time for increasing the operational charges from 4 Dollar to 8 Dollar, have to reconsider the facts for the interest of the country.

MODI GOVT. SHOULD DECLARE THEIR STAND ON POVERTY LINE ISSUE, BEFORE GENERAL BUDGET

The microscopic difference between the Suresh Tendulkar and C. Rangarajan Commission’s report, on thePoverty Line issue, lead us to believe that both the heads were previously directed by the Congress of the UPA, not to go further with the numeric’s,  it is being felt that there was Match Fixed situation, between the predecessors Govt. and the Head of the Commission’s

Both Commissions’ reports to ascertain the poverty Line have become a laughing stock and both the reports are in the dock of Controversy. On the last occasion, when during Tendulkar’s report was brought, the then CM of Gujarat, Mr. Narendra Modi.  Made a scathing attack on the Congress,  on this issue.

But unfortunately, Mr. Modi, who is now a PM of the country is tight lipped, on the current report of the Rangarajan, this act brings his controversial character, before the citizens.

In the Rangarajan report, a person who make an expenditure of Rs. 32/day, in the rural section, is no more a poor man, whereas, the figure in the Tendulakr’s was little low at Rs. 27. Mr. Rangarajan have mentioned in his report that a person living in the Urban area and have a capacity to make expenditure of Rs. 47 per day, then his not poor, the Tendulkar report have suggest that a person, in the cities, if could make expenditure of Rs. 33 per day is not a poor man.

While drawing the Line of Poverty, usually different methods  and yard sticks are being adopted, according to Rangarajan’s assessment, 45 Crores or more of people were reeling under the poverty Line, in the year 2009-2010, but the same numbers were decreased to 36.3 Crores of poor people in the year 2011-2012, but the assessment could not tell the ration between the entire population and poor people.

It is very pathetic to observe that predecessor Govt. and two Commission’s report have made mockery of the poor people of the country and all of them found to play foot ball with poor’s

 And the Modi Govt. disillusion stand and long silence, on the Poverty Line issue is baffling the citizens of the country. It has to be seen that how Mr. Modi is going to deal with chapter of the Poverty Line, in the coming General Budget. 

IS THERE ANY LOBBYING TAKING PLACE FOR INCREASING FDI IN DEFENSE SECTOR?

There is a saying in Bengali; ‘JOR – JAR MULLUK TAR’, in English it is said, ‘THE MIGHT IS RIGHT’, the present Modi Govt. have adopted the  theory of 'Might is Right'.

Disrespecting the Supreme Court’s Collegium recommendation for appointing Judge for the Supreme Court and avoiding to hold fresh Delhi Assembly election is the outcome of the same theory of 'Might is Right'.

Coming in immediate conclusion to raise the FDI from 26% to 51%,  in the Defense Sector and without assessing the benefit for the national interest, the Modi Govt. have raised doubt to question, is there  any Lobbying taking place for increasing FDI in Defense sector?.

Increasing FDI in the Defense sector is complete national issue and the transparency is utmost required, but whereas, the Modi Govt. deliberately and wittingly have ignored the two Houses of the Parliament.

Let us recall that it was the same BJP, along with the other opponent political parties, have opposed tooth and nail on the issue of the FDI, in Retail and lastly the Congress had to drop the issue and it was also being heard and circulated that Walmart have made good attempt of lobbying to pass the said Bill. Nothing is impossible in India, regarding Govt. Policy making.

It is worth mentioning that the both the Houses of the Parliament have, earlier, endorsed the 26% FDI, in Defense sector, then how could the Modi Govt. did not discuss the matter in the Parliament and that too without taking the Members of Parliament, in confidence, which reflect the same theory of Might is Right.

Modi Govt. should come out from the false vanity for getting majority in the last Parliament election and should understand that the Govt. of India is not a private property of the BJP. Let us remind them that their numbers are too short in the Rajaya Sabha.

He have exhorted the state govt. to take stern action against the Black Marketers and Hoarders, , through fast track Courts. The Black Marketers and Hoarders are presumably, a funding agency for the political parties.

Now, the PM has put the ball in the court of the state Govt.’s for rising of the prices, due to not raiding the dens of the Black Marketers and Hoarders.

The PM is well aware that this type of Lips service is like, “Na, Naw Maun Tael Jalegi, Na Radha Nachegi” neither the Hoarders are to be booked, nor there shall be Fast Track Courts, in different Districts of the country, but certainly the PM declaration , in this regard, is going to please the ‘Modi Bhakts’, at least.

DEGRADED INDIAN MEDIA, THE WORRISOME AFFAIRS OF NATION

It is a matter of grave concern for the people of India that a national political party, for their political gain, has baptized the most of the news channels and the print media, in-to Paid Media status, which have lead Media’s to lose ethics of journalism.

The degradation of the Media was observed, when the last Delhi Assembly and Parliamentary election was held, when they started behaving like mouthpiece of the said national political Party.

Some couple of days ago, The Indian print media, as well electronic media, came out with a report that the Swiss Govt. have prepared a list of the Indian account holders, who have stalked their illegal money, in different Banks in the Switzerland and likely to share the list with Indian Govt..

Without checking the authenticity or verifying the media report, the Finance Minister of India, Mr Arun Jaitely was so overwhelmed with report that he announced to shot a letter from his Ministry to the Govt. of Swiss, in this regard.

But, the Modi Govt. got an initial jolt, when the Swiss Govt. came up with communique that they do not posses such list of the Indian account holders. The Swiss Govt. have gone ahead to criticize the Indian Medias for circulating a false news, in India

The irresponsible reporting by the Indian Media, in connection with the policy matter of the Swiss Govt., is likely to jeopardize the initial efforts of the Govt. to get the Indian account holder’s name from the Swiss Govt., for further serious action, against the account holders, which is distant dream for the country men.

While rejecting and condemning the Indian media report, by the Swiss Govt., the Finance Ministry of the Swiss have, categorically, mentioned   that no development, in this regard, took place, after the month of February, this year.

 It is worth mentioning that a Swiss Delegation, on the last February, met with the Indian Officials, at New Delhi, to have primary talks, in this regard.

The Finance Ministry further added that the both the Govt. did not hold any meeting, and neither they have any bilateral talks, later on, on the issue of sharing the list of the Indian account holders of the Swiss Banks.

The Modi Govt. have resolved to serve the citizens of India, with their so called bitter medicine, but they are not in a position to say how long the Govt. is going to serve with their  bitter medication and the govt. should come out with the list of their  Modibiotics, in form of different stiff rising of the prices of different  commodities, which are under their control.

Modi Govt is leaving no stone un-turned to improve the Economic condition of the country, but before improving the economic condition of the country, the Govt., at initial, is in mood to improve the condition of the Capitalist’s and the Corporate House’s and why not? when the Capitalist’s and Corporate House’s have funded Modi's long drawn election campaign.  Even, a school student could tell that the Modi Govt. is a Pro Capitalist and nothing to do with their worries of the common people.

The recent decision of the Modi Govt. to raise the Import duty, on Sugar, from 15% to 40%   is clear indication that the Govt. is very much concerned for the Sugar Mill owners, who are, also, the part of the Corporate Houses of the country. The Food and Civil Supplies Minister, Mr. Ram Bilash Paswan have, categorically, stated the raising of the Import duty, on sugar, was meant to give  major relief to Sugar Mill owners of the country, which will enhance the monopoly of the Sugar Mill owners.

The educated citizens knew well that the Import of any item is being done to meet the country’s demand, it happens, when the production of such item is not adequate to meet the demand, in the land, but by raising the Import duty, on sugar, at an exorbitant percentage, will discourage the Sugar importers to stop importing sugar from different countries.

It is really pathetic to observe that the Union and state Govt.’s are least bothered for the poor Sugar Cane grower farmers of the different states, where the Sugar Mills are mostly situated.

The Sugar Mill owners of the UP did not settle the last year dues of the poor farmers of the states for their crops, which has already being crushed and the product have been sold in the open market. The SP Govt. of UP, nor the Union Govt,, so far, came for the rescue of the poor farmers to get their old dues from the Sugar Mill owners.

Whereas, according to the media report, the Sugar Mill owners get a Bank loan, at a rate of 0% to facilitate the Sugar Mill owners, who are one of the funding agency for the Political parties of the country. It is to be seen when the State and Union Govt. will grow sympathy for the poor Sugar cane growers.

MEDIA GIVING UNDUE CREDIT TO MODI SARKAR FOR BLACK MONEY ISSUE

It is a height of stupidity and hypocrisy, at the part of the Indian Press and Electronic Media, to give credit to the Modi Govt. for constituting the SIT to unearth the stocking of the Black Money, in the different Swiss Banks.

While praising the Modi Sarkar, some reputed print media have, deliberately, ignored the earlier order of the Supreme Court, in which the Apex Court have given  a clear direction to the UPA-2 for the formation of the SIT, , which was delay-delayed by the predecessor  Govt.. 

The final ultimatum of the SC has forced the Modi Govt. to go for constituting the said SIT, which is likely to be monitored by the SC. Moreover, whosoever may have formed the Govt. would have abide the directive of the Apex Court.

According to the media reporting, the Swiss Govt. have prepared a list of the all Indian account holders of the Swiss Banks, which comprises of 283 banks, spread all over the country, though however, the Swiss Govt. have not  declared officially to the Govt. of India, in this regard, so far.

There is nothing to amuse with media reports, since the UPA-2 also had a short list of names of the account holders, but Manmohan Govt. deliberately avoided revealing the names of the account holders and the present Modi Sarkar is also following the same resolution of the Congress, which is not to reveal the names of the account holders. 

In fact, the Modi Sarkar do not posses 56 inch chest to nab such evaders and punish them. Though, unfortunately, the Govt. is in dearth of concrete mechanism and hard laws to punish the evaders.

The estimated money, according to the media, is worth of 14,400 Crores of rupees, in 283 Swiss Banks, though the figure seems to be low and unbelievable, but actual stashed money is higher, what has been highlighted unofficially. Apart from the Swiss Bank, there are too many Banks, in different countries, where Indian account holder have their illegal money, which is needed to be located.

If media is to be believed, then the accumulated money is now being in phase of conversion to make it white Money, in India, through different channels, like Share Markets and in Real estate Business and who knows that such Black Money was not spend in the last Parliamentary election, by the national political parties of the countries, the voters have witnessed extravagant publicity of a particular national party.
