COBRA POST FIELDING FOR CONGRESS PARTY

The Cobra Post, an investigative web portal, is playing Second Test for the Congress Party. The mouth piece of the Congress, in their recent revelation, have given a bad shade to the social Media, in which he is, also, the part of the same social media.

The Cobra Post, in their first Test match, have revealed, with twist and turn, about the snooping of a lady, by Mr. Amit Shaw, the then Home Minister of the Gujarat govt. and the revelation has had resonance in the electronic media to corner Mr. Narendra Modi to malign the towering image of Mr. Modi, which have scared the ruling Congress Party.

But cornering Mr. Modi, by the Tehelka and the Congress Party was short lived, due to act of wisdom, by the Gujarat Govt, who, in the mean time have constituted an inquiry of commission to unearth the fact, related to the snooping matter.

Though, the Congress could not resist them to oppose the members name for the Commission. Let us not forget that , previously, the Congress have constituted various Commission , who’s report are under the carpet of the party office and never have been put , before the Parliament.

In the Second Test, the Cobra Post, in their sting operation, have revealed, some self assessment, Operation Blue Virus, scripted by the head of the portal, Mr. Anirudh Bhel to nail the  unknown  IT company, who are making false favorable propaganda for the political parties, in favor of the BJP to destroy the image of the Congress.

Mr. Bahal, in a supreme Debate, in Times Now, anchored by Mr. Arnav Goswami, on last Friday, have indirectly admitted, before the panel and viewers that whenever, Mr. Rahul Gandhi make a comment, in the ongoing poll campaign, get a negative hit by the host of people, which are being engineered by the same IT company, how ridiculous the statement is.

Mr. Bahel should not forget his organization is also a fellow bird of the same Social Media, if the IT company could be hired for propagating the achievement of the BJP ruled states, then why the nation should believe that the Cobra Post is doing something pious and concrete for the nation.

Moreover, in the debate, in the Times Now, the Cobra Post, who was being supported, in the debate, by Mr. Sanjay Jha, the spokesperson of the Congress, have indirectly conceded that the BJP is too ahead of the Congress, in the Social media and this was the clear indication of the nexus between the web portal and the Congress Party.

The citizens of the country request the Head of the Cobra Post, Mr Bahel to afford some of his precious time to have a look in other Web News, so to ascertain that all the people, who put the remarks against the Congress party, are not being paid by the so called IT company, as alleged by the Cobra Post and at the same time, the  viewers disown them from their allegation, which they have made in sting operation.    

CONGRESS AND THE BJP TO ABORT AAP IN DELHI

Just few few days ago, in my micro Blog, I have Tweeted  that the role of the Sting Operators of the country and it was mentioned that the outcome of Sting operation have no legal validity, in the eyes of Law, nor it is rewarding for the general or common people of the country, who's troubles and misery has always being ignored and entire sting is being sponsored by the political party for their vested interest.

The recent revelation of the Sarkar.com, who has somehow tried to put the Aaam Aadmi Party in back foot for a couple of days, but today, the AAP have come back, strongly, with the raw CD of the Sting operation, which they have obtained from the office of the Election Commission, according to the latest disclosure, made by the AAP in their today’s Press Conference and they have challenged the CD, as Doctored one.

Actually, the last election surveys, made by the different Media Channels, have shown the effect of the AAP, among the voters of Delhi and the furtherance of the report says that the AAP is like to win at 17 to 18 seats, in Delhi election, which mean that the chance of coming back of the BJP, in the Delhi, is going to be very bleak, in other way, we could say Delhi shall emerge as coalition Govt.

As far as the Congress Party is concerned, in the Delhi state election, the Sheila Govt. know well that the anti incumbency factor is going to dominate against their misgoverns, which have reflected during the last two leg of their ruling and due to this reason, we have noticed that very attendance was too poor, when the Mr. Rahul Gandhi was addressing the poor gathering.

But at the same end, the Congress, which is heading for triangular contest, in the coming Delhi election, have, yet retained, some silver lining of hope for coming back, which is due to inside ruffle, within the BJP.

The outcome of the ongoing election campaign, in Delhi, have made a clear cut indication that the both national party’s are not in a comfortable position, due to the emergence of the AAP and both the party, in the chat show of TIMES NOW, anchored by Mr. Arnab Goswami’s, have shown talking in a same vein, in connection with sting Operation doctored by the Sarkar.com.

The hapless expression and aggression of both national party, against the gestating of new formed political party, are well visualized in the chat show and both are in a mood to abort the gestation to kill the fetus of AAP, which is still waiting to deliver, in the coming election and both the party are behaving like Kansh, though the Kansh use to kill the newly born baby of Devaki, instead the fetus. The days are not so far, when one of them will love to take the newly born AAP, in their lap, after the election result.

DIRTY POLITICS OF THE CONGRES PARTY

While the five states of the country is going to elect a new Government of the respective states, but the nation is griped with the dirty politics of the Congress and the talk of the nation is taking round of irrelevant issues like, the declaration of the most prestigious award of the country, Bharat Ratna Award.

There should not be a dispute for the Master Blaster, Mr. Sachin Tendulkar’s name, as one of the recipient of the most prestigious Bharat Ratna. But the way the Media channel made hyper of his retirement matter, some time the nation felt that Mr. Tendulkar was given too much of honor for being going to be retire. This type of honor, I presume that the President of India did not find such felicitation before his retirement, even being the head of the Constitution.

What Mr. Shivendra Tiwari of the JDU of the Bihar has expressed his view, in connection with the declaration of the Bharat Ratna to Mr. Tendulkar, cannot be ignored at all. All he have said that Mr. Tendulkar have earned enormous of wealth, through the Cricket, which is too close to the truth and he have also mentioned that the Cricket in India have jeopardized the future of the other game of the country, which is very related with other format of the competitions, in the country, Asian country and the World.

This is not new for the Congress Party to conferred the Bharat Ratna to his own lieutenants, earlier. The earlier observation of conferring the prestigious award of the country has given too much of evidences that the Congress make choice, according to their sweet will.

One should not forget that Mr. Tendulkar is a member of the Rajaya Sabha and the Congress have played a major role to field his name for the member of the Upper House and virtue of this, Mr Tendulkar become a political ally of the Congress party. 

If the particular political party is endorsing a name of world famous cricket player for the Highest Award of the country, then it was not sudden.

Undoubtedly, the people of the country is, actually, swaying with the sentiment, in favor of the renowned player, who hold a great tag in his kitty, but the question arises that why the Congress party, who are in the ruling, did not clear the name of the Hockey player Late Dhayan Chand, which is pending before the concerned department for the clearance of his name, when and where the name of Dhayan Chand had been recommended by their own sports Ministry.

The Congress may have thought, before declaring his name for the Bharat Ratna, because of his popularity among the Indian youths, who have declared the Cricketer, as a God. So, let the God campaign for the Congress party to cover up their mighty corruption, which have been witnessed by the country men. It is the Congress party who have made the prestigious award, in a state of controversy and have failed to justify their stand, in declaring the name of Mr. Sachin Tendulkar’s name, as a recipient.

The BJP President, Mr. Raj Nath Singh, in a press conference, have stated that BJP is not going to change their PM candidate, in wake of organized false propaganda of the Congress, against the Mr. Narendra Modi, he said that that there is no question arises to change Mr. Modi, he has termed the Cobra Post revelation, made few days back, as a part of the Congress oriented negative propaganda, against BJP.

Mr. Singh has further stated that Dirty Cell of the Congress Party is becoming more active, in view of the approaching Parliament election. While expressing his surprise on reemerging of the controversial tape, Mr Singh stated that the said tape of the Cobra have come, after the lapse of four year, which is due to vested political reasons.

The controversial tape have revealed the name of a Police officer, Mr.Tulsi Prajapati, who is already a accuse, on the said matter, Mr. Singh have questioned how the Cobra Post have come with this tape, when the said tape was in possession of the CBI, he added.

The moral of the Cobra Post revelation clearly indicate that many Electronic Medias have a hand gloves with Congress party, which I have revealed, in my earlier Status Update.

The present negative propaganda, which is still running in the few Electronic Press media, against Asharam Bapu, is a clear suspicion of the vindictive role of the Congress Party, when and where the criminal trial proceeding of Mr. Bapu is going on, at the trail court, on a day to day basis, as ordered by the Rajasthan High Court.

The media trail, which is being scripted and fabricated by the some Electronic Channel, is suppose to be unwarranted and it is being kept running for this reason that it could influence the trail court, which is highly objectionable, at this moment, in view of ongoing trail, against Mr. Bapu.

STATE POLICE TO PAY NO HEED TO APEX COURT'S ORDER FOR F.I.R.

The Apex court of the country have made a historical order, yesterday, to make mandatory for the Police station to lodge a F.I.R., throughout the country. The decision of the Supreme Court has been hailed by many press media, in their Editorials. The Apex Court did not failed to mentioned, in their order, that the concerned Police officer shall be held responsible, in case of failure to lodge the F.I.R. and shall be liable for the punishment.

It is really a very common phenomenon among different Police stations, irrespective of the state, that they generally try to avoid to lodge a F.I.R. except of the heinous crimes, committed by the law offenders, there are several reasons for their avoidance of registering the crime. 

Some time, even, the state head machinery, in order to keep their crime graph level in control, they, usually, do not pay too much heed to pressurize the concerned Police officials to make it essential to register a FIR of the victims, though, it is being well felt that mere registering a F.I.R is not going to give too much of moral boosting to the victims, since too much of corruption is prevailing in the Police department.

If, we go for the analysis of the case history of the film actress Jiya Khan’s death, the Mumbai Police, at the initial, have registered the case, as a suicide and the same theory was circulated by the concerned Police station, throughout the country, through the Electronic and Press media, though, the mother of Jiya Khan have lodged a F.I.R, against the Mr. Suraj Puncholi, the son of one time film actor Aditya Puncholi, who was being sent to jail and later got a bail. In the recent finding of the Forensic report of the dead Jiya Khan, the revelation was much more shocking.

However, the present order of the Supreme Court may be binding on the entire state’s Police department, resultant of the order, there may be a reduction on the Magisterial Court to order to lodge a FIR to the concerned Police station, in connection with 156/3 for the victims, but the Apex Court did not mentioned the specific punishment to the concerned Police officer, who will fail to abide the order of the Supreme Court.

According to the reporting of the Press Media, it is being felt that the said order may also create confusion, while making interpretation of the order, which says that no arrest shall be made by the Police, until and unless the  investigation is completed by the concerned Police Thana, even the F.I.R. is being lodged. 

If the interpretation is being taken in the same way, then Investigating officer shall get more power to bargain with the culprit, in question. While using the same interpretation, the culprit may get the privilege to go to the High Court for preventing the arrest. Though it is being felt that the Press Media and Advocates have not read the entire judgment report of the Apex Court, so far.
