THE PROS AND CONS OF FOOD SECURITY BILL OF INDIA.

The Food Security Bill is, undoubtedly, a Triumph card for the Congress Party to woo the voters of the down trodden citizens of the country and even the poorest of poor know well about the fact that the the under privilege class are not going to benefit out of it, with this Bill.

The Govt.in the propaganda for the Bill, through the advertisement in the Electronic media, have clearly admitted the negative behavior of the distributor ,who out rightly denied to give the grains to the poor family of five and at the same moment, there appear a lady, who advocate and plead to give the supply of the same to the poor family, who were shown five in numbers.

This is going to be the real picture, if the Bill is being passed in this form, there shall be too much of brokers will erupt to take the booty for the loot, which is going to happen in real term, the future course of action from the side of the Govt. officials and the distributors, when and where there shall be no sincere monitoring of the entire process of distribution.

It is absurd to bring amendment in the Bill to provide some coupon system to the poor, when the Govt. will fail to supply the food grains to the said citizens, what shall the poor will do with such coupons, when the supply of the grains is lost, due to many technical reasons.

Though the Opposition members have raised some basic interpretation, in connection with the Bill, as raised by the SP Supremo, Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav, who was expressing concern for the farmers, even then, he can not go adamantly, against the Bill. 

Ultimately, the opposition benches may go for buying some amendments, before giving green flagging to the Bill, even knowing the fact that the Bill is the Bail Bond for the Congress Party, since the opposition and other allies can not afford to oppose the Bill, which is supposedly meant for the poor, though it may benefit the local politician and other Govt. officials for their booty.

The Congress, at one hand may some benefit from the said Bill, but at the other hand, the Economy of the country likely to collapse and certainly, the market's inflation will bring the wrath of the middle class citizens ,who are also in quite good number, this bill may deviate the middle class majority from the Congress Party, while voting in the coming Parliamentary election.

CURFEW TO BE IMPOSE FOR THE MONKS AND SAINTS IN U.P.

The Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and the Viswa Hindu Parishad (VHP) are at war path, in connection with the proposed 84 Koshi Yaatra, as proposed by the VHP, which is to start from 25 August 2013.

The state Govt., who have banned the Yatra, have made an extensive preparation to foil the said Yatra, which has to be participated by the Indian Monk and Saint. The Govt. has gone more further to restrict the religious people to enter in the Six district of the state, comprising of Faizabad, Barabanki, Basti, Baharich, Amedkar Nagar and Gonda. According to the press, the Govt. have ordered 'Arrest At Sight' for the religious people, if they landed in six districts of the state, during that period.

The uncalled Curfew, imposed for the Sadhus and Saints, is likely to put the the said mentioned cities out of gear and unwarranted chaos shall prevail in such districts..

The people of the state have, already, witnessed such worst situation in the year 1990, when Mr. Mulayam Singh was the CM of the state and due to his arrogance and autocracy, many people were being killed, due to Police firing, which he have admitted it, in the recent past.

It is not a matter of discussion, whether the VHP have made any resolution, during the period of last Kumbh Mela, rather it need to be focused that what have inspired Mr. Mulayam Singh and the CM, Mr. Akhilesh Yadav to hold a meeting with the officials of the VHP leaders.

If we go for the political analysis of the said meeting, it is crystal clear that the SP have wanted to draw the maximum political mileage out of this act, which will bring the Muslim community more closer to the SP and as a savior of the said community, beside, keeping an eyes for the coming Parliamentary election.

But, the people of the state knew very well that the game is fixed from both the end, it has to be seen who get the maximum benefit out of the fixed tussle.

CONGRESS PLAYING DOUBLE ROLE FOR CRIMINAL M.P. AND MLA'S MATTER

The union Govt. of India, who are best known as the Congress Party, just two days ago, took a decision to amend in the People Representative Act, with a recommendation to debar the criminals representatives of the Parliament and the Assemblies from their voting right on the floor of the Parliament and Assemblies, beside curt ling all the allowances given to them. And within couple of days after their deceleration to the Press, the Cabinet, swiftly, have passed the recommendations, today.

It may be recalled, that some fortnight ago, the Supreme Court, in their direction to the Election Commission of India, have ordered to make a way out to stop the tainted criminals to fight election, if they are being pronounced with any sentences for two years or more, made by the Lower Judiciary Court, beside, the SC have also asked the EC not to allow any person to contest the election, if the said person is being in prison, during the time of filing nomination.

It is very disgusting to observe that all the political parties, crossing over the party lines, have assembled under one umbrella to protect the criminal politicians for their petty gains, ignoring the sentiments of the people and making efforts to dissolve the direction of the SC.

It is very unfortunate at the part of the Congress Party, who have the reputation of running the government from many decades, instead of supporting the cause, as raised by the Supreme Court, have shamelessly filed a review petition, before the honorable Court and at the other hand bringing some toy type amendment in the People Representative Act, which have no impact to debar the criminal to enter the temple of Democracy.

SAMAJWADI PARTY'S FAKE LOVE FOR MUSLIMS

The U.P. state cabinet Minister, Mr. Shivpal Yadav have endorsed the decision of the state Govt. for putting ban on the proposed 84 KoshI Yatra, which was scheduled to take place in Aodhya, organize by the VHP..

Mr. Yadav, in his statement, have furthered that the decision of the state Govt.to ban the Yatra was logical and they are not going to tolerate the communal ism in the state, where as the state have already faced 30 Communal riots, in the regime of Mr. Akhiles Yadav.

The U.P. Govt., run by the S.P., is not a Govt. of the  people, but, it have confined themselves for a particular community. It is beyond imagination that how could they stop 84 Koshi Yatra, which is to be participated by the Indian Saints and Monks of the country, which is being organised by the VHP.

The statement made by the bureaucrat of the state is lacking with logic, till yesterday, the said Govt. was using and quoting the Supreme Court's order to restrict the Yatra for this reason that the SC have ordered to maintain the status quo around the main temple of Ram Lala and nothing have been added by the SC, apart from this place.

There is nothing wrong to show the Pseudo love for the Muslim community, by the party like, Samajwadi Party, who on and often have shown their gratitude towards the said community, by making unwanted declaration like, taking off the terrorist case against the Muslims, who are behind the bar from many years, though, however the Judiciary have made intervention to stop the SP's mockery for the the said community.

If you recall, in the last assembly election, held in the 2012, the same party had made a deceleration to give reservation to the Muslim community, as a OBC, which have offended the main stream OBC of the state.

In the name of so called Secularism, the SP Govt. have flouted every norms of the state by putting monoculture of their liking to adjust the Sixty plus age Muslim person in teaching Urdu, in Urdu schools, now, who is going to ask the Govt. that when shall the sixty two plus Muslim teacher is going to re-retire further, the Govt have instituted 4500 post of teachers for Urdu, which is just before the coming Parliamentary election. No one can challenge the S.P. for their integrated love for Secularism, in India.

CONGRESS MUKT BHARAT IS A VOICE OF INDIA

In India, no Internet users are  using the micro Blogging site, Twitter, as Mr. Digvijai Singh is using it to show himself, as a loyalist towards Gandhi family and to convey his anger against Mr. Narendra Modi, the Chairman of Selection Committee of the BJP.  Mr. Singh may not have missed any day to use the Twitter to vent his ire. But he should learn the actual meaning of tweet, since his language is not a tweet, rather hypocritical and harsh.

In his latest Tweet, Mr. Singh have given focus on the new slogan of the BJP, who are focusing on CONGRESS MUKT BHARAT, which have irritated Mr. Singh very badly. In fact, the said slogan, which have been put before the people of India, by the BJP, is no more a mere slogan now, the people of the country have taken this, as a, 'VOICE OF INDIA'. And this is the irritating part for the Congress and to all Loyal party of the Congress, like Mr. Singh.

The way, the UPA have run the second term of their regime have deteriorated the country, at the lowest level, in each field, presently, the people are feeling the burnt of inflation in each commodities, they usually  use in every day's  life, including the highest rate of Onions in the country, apart from the falling of the Rupees, resultant,  the falling of the India Economy, beside all corruptions related with the Economic offense and now Congress have involved themselves in a ultra new culture of  FILE SCAMS, related to the Coalgate scam issue, which is pending before the Supreme Court, if the essential documents or the files of the Govt. are being vanished by this manner, by the Congress Party, then what more shame the people of India have to face before the International Forum.

The UPA, so far, could not check the Pakistan's violation of the LoC, which is without provocation from the Indian Military side, who are their to defend our fence. Still, the UPA could not check the Pakistan's LoC violation, except, very recently, under the pressure from the opposition Party, the Defense Minister, Mr. Antony have ordered the Military force to retaliate the Pakistan's firing at the Border, which the people of India feel that  such orders are not enough to keep the friendship with the neighboring country for a longer period, in this case, the UPA Govt. is facing hard ship to handle, because of their Policy failure.

Regarding the concerned, as expressed by Mr.Digvijai Singh, against the slogan given by BJP, may the the country remind him that Mrs. Indra Ghandhi, in her tenure, during election period, have given a ridiculous slogan, 'GARIBI HATO' and later years, the same Congress had to come with the new slogan,'CONGRESS KA HAATH AAM ADMI KEY SAATH' and during passing of the years all slogans of the Congress have gone in the vain and now the same Congress are wanting to shield their failure with 'Food Security Bill', which is going to be a new avenue address for newer culture of corruption for the corrupt Govt. officials and different political leaders, irrespective of their affiliations.

IGNORENCE OF COURT ORDER IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR U.P.

There is a saying that 'Ignorance of Law is not an Excuse', but the Empowerment of the Judiciary, in India, some addition have to be made with the old saying, now, "Ignorance of the Court Orders is not an Excuse". In the past few years, the political leaders have adopted an arrogant posture to run their Government, resultant of this, the eye brows of the judiciary have gone raised to bring back the arrogance, in the purview of law.

The Supreme Court have issued a notice to the Uttar Pradesh Govt. and demanded a reply, in connection with the arrest of the popular Dalit writer Mr. Kanwal Bharti, who was being arrested by the Rampur police of the U.P.,on last 6th August, on a complain filed by Mr. Fashat Ali, a PRO of Mr. Azam Khan, the urban Development Minister, in the UP Govt..

It may be recalled that Mr. Bharti have made a comment in the Social Net Working Site, against  the suspension order of the UP Govt., in connection with the IAS officer, Mrs. Durga Shakti Nagpal. Though, the comment was not so adverse, but, somehow, it has hurt the ego of Mr. Khan.

The Division bench, headed by the justice, H. L. Ghokle, in their notice to the Govt., have asked that why the state Govt. Police have disobeyed the earlier order of the Supreme Court, in which it was being directed, not to arrest any person who make their adverse comment or remark in the Social Media.

It is worth mentioning that the SC, in their earlier direction, on 6th May 13, have given clear direction to all state Govt. of the country that the Police can not arrest any person for their adverse comment in the Social Net Working Site, until and unless, the Police procure an order of arrest from their seniors, like, I.G. / Police Commissioner / S.S.P. and with out procuring such order, the police have no role to play, under any circumstances.

It need an essential mentioning that the SC have adopted the suggestions of the Central Govt., who have advocated, not to arrest any person of such concerning matter, until and unless, the police procure an advance order from their highers to arrest such person.

THE ELECTION WAR BEGUN IN INDIA

The Gujarat Chief Minister, Mr. Narendre Modi have lashed out the Prime Minister, Mr. Manmohan Singh for his speech, which he have made from the top of the Red Fort, on the Independence day to address the nation. Mr. Singh have not focused on many burning issues of the country

Some one, may say that Mr. Modi should not attack the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh in such a way on the Independence Day, his attack on Mr.Singh may sound to be more crude and harsh in language. but after going through the entire speech of Mr. Modi, the Nation is at a conclusion that the War has begun, before the final whistle of the next Parliamentary Poll.

Let us remind, there is a old saying that there is nothing wrong in the Love and War and if the war has began, after listening various speeches made by the different Secular Political Parties of the country, who are more tilted towards the Minority community, in the name of the Secularism, the people of the nation, after going through their speeches in the different Press media, have started presuming that the final whistle for the next election is likely to blow sooner or little later.

Mr. Modi, in his I.Day speech, have deliberately raised those issues, before the PM, which Mr. Singh do not have a proper answers and what to talk about the other leaders of the Congress Party.

Regarding the issue of the violation of LOC, by the Pakistan Army, the reaction of the PM was so soft and gentle, in his address, that the neighboring country could not listen his warning and in spite of the warning, the PAK Army made a fresh rounds of firing, in the noon, in the Kashmir valley region.

The Pakistan Govt. is putting PM's warning on their foot and who knows that there is some match fixing between the two Govt. to give some cover up to the High voltage corruption issues of the Congress and to deviate the mind of the people from more burning issues of the country.

It is also pathetic to see that the PM, not at a single time, boosted the morale of the Armed Forces, who are defending our fence, instead, they are being provided with the fake bullet proof jackets, which are becoming a coffin for them.

SWITCH OVER OF POLITICAL LEADERS FOR B.J.P.

The switch over of the other political leaders have just began for the BJP, when Mr. Narendra Modi addressed the huge crowds at Andhra Pradesh, on the last Sunday.

A senior leader of the RJD, Mr. Nawal Kishore Yadav have turned his coat, by describing BJP's Poll Panel Chief Narendra Modi, as the ' Most Popular Leader' of the country, he also added, in the press conference, on last Monday, that Mr.Modi has the capability to become the Prime Minister of this country.

What the RJD's M.LC.,Mr. Nawal kIshore have said before the pres is nothing new to the country men. If we go in the history about Mr. Manmohan Singh becoming the Prime Minister, his chance for becoming Prime Minister was not even in the remote. It was Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, who took a lead to become the Prime Minister ship, when the name of her was recommended by the Parliamentary Board of the Congress.

Since, there was too much of hue and cry against Mrs.Gandhi for being a foreigner lady and vehemently opposed by the all political parties, Mrs. Gandhi could not find a single non political person,other than Mr. Manmohan Singh.

So, she proposed the name of Mr. Singh, by knowing the fact that Mr. Singh will never revolt with her and the Party, like Mr. Sharad Pawar. During that period of making a choice for Mr.Singh, the nation was at a conclusion that Mr. Singh will be treated like Dummy Prime Minister and the power has to go in her hand, indirectly, to run the Govt. and for this reason Mr. Singh never fought a single Parliamentary election in quite some terms of his ruling.

The Bihar RJD MLC,Mr. Nawal Kishore may have given this statement to give some color for his hidden ambitions to get a Parliamentary ticket from the BJP for the next coming poll, but he was not at all hyperbole in his statement, rather he tried to put some fact about Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Manmohan Singh.

CONGRESS AND SAMAJWADI PARTY BIRDS OF SAME FLOCK

I.A.S. officer of the Haryana cadre, Ashok Khemka's statement has been termed, as a stooge of the BJP, by the Congress Party and what is wrong, if the Congress have said so, if it is spoiling the repute of the so called mother, Mrs. Sonia Ghandhi, of the party and where her son in-law's illegal land grabbing findings are being placed by Mr. Khemka, the I.A.S. officer of the Haryana Govt., which goes against the party and Mr. Robert Vadra.

The Congress could not afford to criticize the Supreme Court for their earlier Scams finding orders for which the entire party is on their kneel, if they could have possess the courage to criticize the Highest court of the country, then they would have done this more earlier.

Some time ago, the Rajya Sabha member and the Samajwadi party leader, Mr. Narendra Agarwal, who have turned court to join different political organization, from time to time in the past, have also used and mentioned the name of Mr. Khemka for his several transfers in the Haryana, since, Mr. Khemka was vocal against Mr. Robert Vadra's for his illegal means to get the Govt.land , through shabby deal with Mr. Hudda, the C.M. of the Haryana state. Mr. Agarwal deliberately used the his name to corner Mrs. Sonia Gandhi.

Mr. Agarawal's dwell with the Congress, because of Mrs. Ghandhi, who wrote a letter to the P.M. to get a justice for the I.A.S officer, Mrs. Durga Shakti Nagpal's suspension issue. Though later on, the Congress took a soft stand on the issue of Mrs. Nagpal matter, which have dissolved the infighting between the two.

Now, in the recent interview to the Electronic press media, Mr. Aagrwal bounce back to criticize Mr. Khemka for his role to come before the press media against Mr. Vadra. Mr. Agarwal may have felt his obligation of the Congress and reciprocated in favor of the Congress, by terming Mr. Khemka, as a man of the Saffron. Mr.Agarwal always adhere with his style of turning court, at his interest

The double speak of the S.P. leader, Mr. Agarwal is only exposing the down gradation of the Indian politics and Indians are so unfortunate that these non standard political leaders are ruling the country and the country men are at the helm of such leaders.

WHY U.S.A. IS U.S.A. AND INDIA IS INDIA

 The US evacuated all non emergency staff from its Consulate in Lahore, citing specific threats amid a world wide alert over Al-QAIDA intercept. This is an International news floating around the world,yesterday.

Just two days ago, some Pakistani soldiers have killed five Indian Military soldiers in the Poonch sector, at the border, defying all law of the L.O.C., this was also an International news, but the way the Defense Minister of the Union of India, handled and put his version before the Parliament, seems that there is no Govt.is functioning, at all,in the country. 

Just focus on the two International issues, just see, how the US Govt. have shown their maturity of concern for the people of their country, by pulling out their non emergency staff from the different countries, where there is little influence of the terrorist group, Al-QAIDA . The move of the US is quite enough to reflect their set of mind that they keeps their concern alive for their citizens.

And at the other hand, many of the time, in the near past, at the border, our soldiers were being killed, mutilated and beheaded the body of the Indian soldiers, by the Pakistan soldiers, but we did not find any boil in the blood of all big Ministers of the Central Govt.. What they did at the end ?, The Govt. make their best effort to put some lips sympathy for the departed soldiers and their family. It is too pathetic to see that the Govt. of India do not, even, find guts to condemn the Pakistan Govt., in hard hitting words, leave aside, the diplomatic strategy to tie off the diplomatic relation from the Pakistan.

The dying of the Indian soldiers, at the border area, is, gradually, becoming month to month affairs for the ruling Govt. and as well to the main opposition Party, like BJP to make some noise in the Parliament to extract some political mileage from the dead bodies of the soldiers and to corner the impotent Govt., who happens to posses two set of jaw, but without biting teeth.
